That's how I lost the weight after High School Depression Mode, (cheap dinner parents mode though, oh wasn't good, wasn't enough? have another McChicken double then! Bad idea). Even though it was short order cook - fast food, everyone else was slow food-pick it up yo! Lotsa calories burned. Meats and starch, not a lot of vegetables. Now I know better with those.

Blood, sweat, tears. Women @ work, don't date co-workers. All that good stuff.
