Need Help On Farming

Just got back into the game. What items or boards can I farm for some nice shiny meseta? Preferably I would want to farm something that drops in a normal mission or box drop. I'm hoping to not run rare missions.

I have 3 suggestions:

1. Sell photons - they sell for 5000+ meseta, per photon, and are plentiful on any level of difficulty.

2. Sell copernia/olpad. They drop on almost every difficutly for 20-25K

3. Find a boss that you can farm. They all drop boss parts (onma auge). These parts sell for decent meseta (as much as 500K in some cases)

4. Run the /R Plains overlord mission: the beef-class weapons sell for 50K plus each, and are plentiful

First, you need a suitable plot of land. Next you need to till it, plant your seeds of choice, fertilize, and water. Keep your plants watered and happy, and soon you'll be a real farmer!



Go solo White Beast S. Shuzak Sealed, Diads from the box at the end, and Olpads/Base S.

Thanks! No onma parts but I had a ton of copernia, olpad, and diads in my bot. As far as weapons go, what is the most sought-after wep for each master class?

Psycho Wand / Pushan

Spread Needle (but you don't want to do Rare Missions you said) / Shigga Pakuda / Love Inferno (but until we get Train S3 that ship has sailed for now)

Carriguine-Rucar+ / Ank Zagza / Ank Buti (but drop-only so low %s...) / Agito Repca


Could be wrong on some of these, I haven't played in a while, just started back up recently.

Oh, when I put Love Inferno I knew I was forgetting something. S3 Forest Infiltration has a chance to drop Adahna Unit which is used to make an even better laser, so you could hunt that too. http://psupedia.info/Adahna_Cannon_%28weapon%29

In the time it can take to hunt a repca board, you can make several stacks.

Given how recent GAC is, you might want to try running the missions that drop new weapons. Even though they might not all be S, they are new and sort of rare so people will drop plenty of money on them. Try Dark God A/S, White Beast A/S/S2, Moonlight Beast S3, Forest Infiltration S3. They drop new Tenora A Sabers, new Yohmei B/A/S Swords, and new biomaterials for trade missions, respectively.

Speaking for the Xbox 360 version - I would suggest Innocent Girl A, in this run you will get tons of materials to sell, some decent boards and Weapon Badges and the mission can be done with little difficulty. If you have ALL doors open you will get:

10 Weapon Badges split ~ 65/35 Silver / Bronze and in ~ 25 runs for 99 Gold and a Pushan worth around 7 mil.

3 Definite Gemstone drops - up to Morbinia and Olpad / Copernia drop fequently throughout the mission ( and occasionally Goldania )

Tears of Light, Ban-Megi-Zon photon drops... and in the Last Area an Agito Repca board can drop... and you can get Agito Edges worth ~ 750K

Some decent boards... Battlestopper, Gur Hanab, Shigga Pikuda... the only downside... NO METALS!

Di-photons were selling for 8000 meseta about a week ago. I honestly haven't check. Megi-photons regularly flux between 2000 and 5000 (although they've been going down in price thanks to Seed Express and Seed Awakened spamming). Ban-photons are normally around 2000~3000. Ray-photons will definitely boom in price once the ice event gets announced (the same way megi-photon and zon-photon boomed when StD and Mission Carnival came out).

Photons are easy to farm and a decent auxiliary source of income. Of course it helps to do a mission the drops a large amount of a specific type of photon that isn't in the current popular maps.

For example, right now Awoken Serpent is a decent easy cash run. Twin Beefedge, Ank Zagza, Muktengek, Shigga Desta and Te PP Generate (yes people do buy these... I'm not sure why) can be your main sellers and Di-photon, Mot Ebon, Mot Walna can be your auxiliary income.

Arb Boa and B'duki Boa both sell for a decent amount at 5 grinds which isn't that hard to do right now.

It's all just a matter of what you want to do and what you like to do. Or how much money you want to make and how quickly you want to make it.

My cash run used to be sakura blast, S, and then S2...but lately not of the items have been selling...not sure why. Neu walna used to sell well before granahodora, Ohkanoh does not sell at all anymore...sigh

I sold two 5/10 for 800k last week. Check shops. They could be up or they could be down depending on how many other people have been grinding them recently.

For Awoken Serpent the weapon boards drop on both S and S2. Does it matter which run I do? Is there a higher chance of an item dropping on a higher difficulty? I have no problem running either difficulty my characters lvl is high enough.

Arb boa only drops on S2. That's the only real difference I could mention. If you want the additional exp then go for S2. If you want to get through the run a few second faster, do S. If you are looking to make money off of B'duki Boa, then you don't really need to do Awoken Serpent. Boards for that are almost always in player shops dirt cheap (or do a Phantom Fissure run).

Just remember that if you flood the market with them, the price will drop. ;)
