New Password?

i just receives a mail from gameidsupport Sega. I think it is a new password. But when i type it in i can not log in... and a friend of mine did not got a mail so far. So what is it with that mail, hope somebody can help me with that.

Its just a Temporary Password.

It's more like a security precaution from what I can tell, since the temp. pw will only go to the email registered to the account.

So... how do I go about changing this password? I managed to log in to the billing site just fine but have no idea what to do from there.
