Water became ice to fight fire, but then he just got melted.

Fight Fire with towel snapping and fluid, "be water my friend" > "stay thirsty my friends."

So says female Bling Batman, Female Style Michelle Yeoh Silver Hawk, derived from comic book movie, big budget, yet I paid Supermarket brand new $1.99 price.

Sorry. The quotes aren't in there to spoil that part of the movie for you. How she beats last boss robotic arm man.

Jumped her BMW motorcycle over the Great Wall like she was Danny Way.

And everyone speaks the British English. All Cantonese parts subtitled. I lol @ Japanese business man's saying: "Busy" because have heard them dudes say it that way before.

Bling. Guess you gotta read the comic book to find out how she got to be a billionaire like Batman, or maybe not a silver spoon his parents R dead like him.

Ohboyee, something on Yugioh cards? *prepares for Nerd Mode essay-like post...*

At first, I thought these pairings were unrelated - D.D. Survivor and D.D. Warrior Lady at first glance are more similar, since they both fall under the Different Dimension archetype (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Different_Dimension) - but according to some of the lore behind each (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Trivia:D.D._Survivor) pair, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Trivia:D.D._Warrior_Lady) this is actually very feasible. I've noticed that other characters in the Yugioh game also follow this trend of some sort of backstory, such as Gagagigo, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Trivia:Gagagigo) Warrior Dai Grepher, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Trivia:Warrior_Dai_Grepher) and Marauding Captain, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Trivia:Marauding_Captain) among others. It's an interesting way of storytelling - there isn't anything WRITTEN about these characters aside from the flavor text on some of the original cards (at least, not that I know of... maybe there is in the anime, but I don't watch the anime, lol); instead, as new cards are released with the characters printed on them, alongside each other, one can start to piece together some sort of plot, and I've never really noticed that significance until now. I guess it's like a little kid who can't read very well yet trying to read a book, but instead of actually READING it, they're looking at the pictures instead, and forming their own story in their imagination. It's a very cool and unique way of presenting things, now that I think about it. :)

Now, if one wanted to make an actual DECK using these cards, then D.D. Survivor and D.D. Warrior Lady would most likely go together in some sort of Chaos (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Chaos) or Remove From Game (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/RFG)-themed deck. Actually, D.D. Warrior Lady can be splashed into just about any deck, since she can essentially take out any monster in battle. Warrior Lady of the Wasteland is a decent "tutor" monster (tutor being a term used when one card helps to search the deck for other specific cards; comes from Demonic Tutor (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=193867) from Magic: the Gathering, which allowed you to search your deck for any specific card you wanted), but Giant Rat (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Giant_Rat) and Reinforcement of the Army (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Reinforcement_of_the_Army) tend to do her job better. Chain Thrasher is pretty much just garbage, as it has low ATK and relies on having multiple copies filling up your deck for its effect, but it might work in some sort of Warrior Toolbox/Warrior Equip (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Warrior_Toolbox#Warrior_Toolbox_Deck) deck that could effectively boost his ATK to higher levels.

And unlike Pokemon, in Yugioh, it's USUALLY better to have all of the monsters in your deck have the SAME types and/or attributes.

Oh yeaah! I love D.D./RFG playstyle. One of my decks develops on 2 principles..

1. Macro Cosmos/Dimensional fissure to have a forever wall of DD Survivor/DD Scout Plane [both return if they get removed from play] plus Soul Absorption for 500 life every time they die.

2. Getting my deck into Removed from play to fuel this homie: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gren_Maju_Da_Eiza 400 x every card removed... I've gotten him to over 8000 ATK/DEF once. It would of been awesome if my opponent didn't kill him with a trap ;s

I actually had a deck like that, except I used the D.D. Scout Planes/Survivors as tribute fodder for Monarchs. Then, if your opponent didn't destroy them, you could use something like Compulsory Evacuation Device (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Compulsory_Evacuation_Device) at their End Phase to return them to your hand and re-use their effects! :D

I also run Dragons, Lockdown, Legendary Ocean, Frogs, and Skull Servants, but I haven't collected any of the newer cards yet to beef them up lately. Most of my good dueling buddies live out of town (met em when I was still in college), one of which moved off to Oregon to go to a culinary school, so I don't really have anyone to play with now. :( I still have all my cards, though.

Maybe if there was a good online F2P peer-to-peer program or something I could download, I'd use that instead... I remember finding one a while back (forgot the name of it), and you could make any deck with whatever cards you wanted, but my friend and I couldn't establish an online connection with it. =x

Wow, I think Pharaoh's Servant was like... the 4th set that came out in the US?? You must've started when it first came out then, unless you're confusing it with Pharaonic Guardian, which came out later. I started collecting about the time Dark Crisis came out (the set D.D. Warrior Lady first appeared in!), which was a few sets after Pharaonic Guardian. Kinda hard to believe that was over a decade ago... @_@

Btw, I think I found a different program, fixing to install it. Dunno if I can link the site here or not, but if I can get it working and some people are interested, they can PM me about it.

1. Remove from Play/D.D
2. Zombie World Skull Servants
3. Reptillianes
4. Six Samurais
5. Dark World (not Zelda)
6. Smoochies.

Ah ok, you were right, then. ^^

Funny fact: later on down the line in the TCG (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_Trading_Card_Game) (not the OCG, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/OCG) which encompasses all the original Japanese sets), the set name of "Magic Ruler" was changed to "Spell Ruler," (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Spell_Ruler) essentially reprinting the same set with different tags on the cards, giving hardcore collectors a run for their money, lol. The original TCG cards had "MRL-###" (MRL for Magic Ruler; the ###'s simply mean which number the card was in the set) while later ones have "SRL-EN###" (for Spell Ruler). Even more confusing, this incorporated another change to distinguish which language/country the card was printed for (EN for English, JP for Japanese, etc.) and later on, some of the other older sets were also reprinted to include the regional identifier. Supposedly, the whole reasoning behind this was to reflect a decision made to change "Magic Cards" (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Magic_Cards) to "Spell Cards," (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Spell_Card) possibly to avoid confusion and trademark disputes with the Magic: the Gathering card game.

So, if you have two Relinquished (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Gallery:Relinquished) cards, one with "MRL-029" printed on the right hand side underneath the picture, and another with "SRL-EN029" on it, then you know that the MRL one is older and probably harder to find nowadays. Likewise, if you have two Blue-Eyes White Dragons, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Gallery:Blue-Eyes_White_Dragon) one with "LOB-001" and the other with "LOB-EN001", then the one without the EN is older; or if you have what's supposed to be a Spell Card say "Magic Card" at the top of it, then it's also old. Or, you could have a 1st Edition version, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/1st_Edition) as opposed to an Unlimited Edition; (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Unlimited_Edition) some have "LIMITED EDITION" (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Limited_Edition) for special cases, but these are usually from different sets entirely, and may have a different artwork or rarity, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Rarity) determined by the foil and card title patterns. It's a lot to remember as a collector, I know! @_@

I mean, check this out:

[spoiler-box]

Yep, these are all mine. :D

You see each Blue-Eyes White Dragon card there? A lot of them look the same, but each one's from a different set. You probably can't tell in this picture, but if you look closely enough, each one has a different set ID tag on it.

I also have a bunch of different Red-Eyes Black Dragons, Dark Magicians, and other stuff on the other pages of that binder... but as proud of my expansive collection as I am, I still don't have all of them - new versions come out all the time! @_@

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.... :o

Wow. I remember I used to actually have one of the original Charizards way back in the day... it wasn't 1st edition though. I should've hung onto it, probably would've been worth a fortune now... >_< I should sort through what's left of my old Pokemon cards and see what I still have...

I also remember getting a Gold Series Volume 1 Crush Card Virus (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Crush_Card_Virus) in a trade once, worth probably around $300 at the time (the Shonen Jump Championship tournament version is worth THOUSANDS; I think only 2 were ever printed). I took it and some of my other cards to a regional tournament to trade with other people... stupid move on my part. I let it out of my sight, and never saw it again. :( I've also lost a Secret Rare Yata-Garasu, (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yata-Garasu) back around the time it was horribly abused in Chaos Lockdown decks. Luckily, I found another one. :)

And as far as Magic: the Gathering goes, one of my friend's former bosses supposedly had one of the original Black Lotuses, (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=600) probably worth several hundred dollars. I have yet to see an actual one myself, though...

Good god the price on that charizard.

Wasn't too big a Yu-Gi-Oh fan m'self, though I have a few decks sitting around here. Stuff from when the Kaiba starter deck was still fresh. Tried to get back into Magic about two years ago, but that didn't stick. I think I still might have some sliver based decks from my younger years in a box somewhere around here too.

One of my greatest regrets was losing my unglued/unhinged cards though. I really need to get a deck of those back together.

A Kaiba Duelist Pack (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Duelist_Pack:_Kaiba) (sets based on the anime characters and the cards they use) was released not too long ago, actually. If I had the money to blow, I'd definitely be buying some of em - a bunch of new Blue-Eyes cards, Fiend's Sanctuary (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Fiend%27s_Sanctuary) (very abusable card for tribute monsters!) and a reprint of Crush Card Virus. Probably not as valuable as the one I used to have, but hey, having all 3 virus cards side-by-side in a binder just looks awesome imo (and I have the other two! ):

One of my greatest regrets was losing my unglued/unhinged cards though. I really need to get a deck of those back together.

You have good taste in Magic cards. The Unglued and Unhinged sets were really good joke cards. What's this? A creature you can't block if you're wearing denim? (And, if you're not 95% of people, you are wearing denim.) How about a card that makes you say tongue twisters? (You have to go for one more repetition each turn, and you're bound to mess up eventually.)

Finally, how about the Our Market Research Shows That Players Like Really Long Card Names So We Made this Card to Have the Absolute Longest Card Name Ever Elemental (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=74237)?
