Looking for a mission

I don't remember the name of it, but I remember it being fairly easy and spamable and you got pretty good JP (or whatever the EXP for your types is called, just coming back from a 2 year hiatus).

The only bit I remember is it was in the Guardian's Base, 4th floor the room closest to the down stairs. I'm pretty sure it was a seed looking room and at the end you fought a boss, but not the one where you have to like run up a ramp to get to, the arena was like a big circle. And after a few minutes he'd call up a big meteor shower thing that did crazy damage.

That's the Dulk Fakis. But there's no mission you can run from colony directly. A mission you may mean is Seed Awakened and this one starts from HIVE.
