use google toolbar, its for buy game key, it show user agreement, accept this by click on first button on bottom of screen (there are two buttons) it give to you premium course, select pay method, click on button to finish.. after this, register your game key in button イルミナスゲームキー登録

thats wrong you ahve to put in teh same signs, not their english letters :S

Here you can download a file where you can copy&paste all the japanese letters you need:

With the file with all the letters it should be no problem to find the right ones.

Yeah PSU JP has a title system. You can get rewards for earned titles in your room.

If you go to your bulletin board and select it, and there is a orange flagged option, you have new title. You get also shown that through a big ! on the bulletin board.
