Atm, its presented at the Gamescom in Cologne. Couple of friends of mine test played it for some time.

Had this to say :

- Its a lot of fun

- Mob, world, etc design is typical Korean and really good, cool

- Your play Skill > Level of character. From the get go the game forces you to move constantly, (re)position yourself, use your skills effectively, etc.

- Skills like Block or dodge have cooldown and recovery or limited usage time. So gotta use em smart. None of that Jade Empire crap.

- Lots of subsystems like Blockcancel into Attack, etc

And the rumor is that TERA has a pricetag of $50 Mil (probably for korean and NA, EU localisation put together)

I still don't see Hsien-Ko or B.B. Hood, DGAF about Morrigan and Felicia, and where is Roll, must know if she's in TvC style or not. Stop wasting time with these characters I don't care about, Capcom. None of the doods I liked to use in MvC2 have been confirmed yet, I don't like this.

Producer beating around the bush saying it was a big deal to put Felicia and Morrigan in yet again.



Ryota went on to say that adding in Morrigan and Felicia from Darkstalkers was a big deal, so it doesn't sound like we'll be seeing many more characters from that franchise in Marvel vs. Capcom 3, if any.

There’s a programming knot to unravel here too, though.

‘Darkstalkers characters are all complete memory hunger-mad characters because they constantly transform into things,’ Niitsuma went on. ‘They can’t just walk – they have to change into something when they move and it just uses a lot of data. When Rupert bewailed this omission to Niitsuma in a subsequent interview, the Capcom veteran pointed out that creating a schoolgirl version of every character model in the game ‘probably isn’t time well spent’, and that in any case, the notion of an Incredible Hulkette or Wolverina wouldn’t sit well with Marvel’s lawyers.
Hey, EXPERT. I'll give you my copy of SvC:Chaos if you'd like it. for that Violent Kendra action*. One game is enough. Darkstalkers has cooler characters based on movie monsters. Frakenstein, Wolfman, Green Creature from the Blue Lagoon, Little Red Riding Hood, Ghost Samurai Armor, uhh Sasquatch. Can't believe he wants more of the sex-change moves. Not the sole reason the SvC:Chaos machine in the arcades are a joke - but definitely do not go that path again with VS games, sorry SNK Playmore devs on that one. Ken should have kept afro on the sprite in game though. C'mon!

And yeah, I'm betting Capcom would spend money and time to schoolgirl every person rather than some changing 3D walking animations in size and form factor. Makoto - put in schoolgirl outfit some art, Ibuki, Elena, Sakura - always, Karin - pretty close, etc.

Super Skrull moves look pretty stretching the body size here and there. Work done on the Stretch Armstrong arm whips.

Basically, every developer diary they release for Guild Wars 2 is a breakdown of everything that's wrong with MMOs and suggests great ideas for how to fix them.
