How do I register for JP PSN?

So I created a Japanese email account. My question is, how do I register on the PSN Network? Can I do it from the American PSN website. Or do I have to do it on the Japanese website?

And If someone could help me step by step. I would appericiate it.

Just enter a Japanese address when you create your account. It might help to look up a real address first because the prefecture and all that need to be correct.

You can register via PC, PS3, PSP, or MediaGO (I think). The process varies slightly depending on which you use to set up your account.

Input a birthday, over 20 years old.

Input the text from the colored box and then click the red button

This is an important step and you'll want to remember most of this information. Input an email address, a real one. This will become the name you use to log on to the PSN. Next is the password. It has to be at least 8 characters with 1 number. Reinput the password in the box below it. The final box is for if you forget your password. You need to put something here but it can be nonsensical. When done, click the red button.

An email will be sent to the one you inputted in the previous step. Click on the link in it.

This should be the screen you get after clicking the email link. Click the button in red.

Pick an online ID and type it in to the box then click the red box. This will be the online ID that other players see. If the ID is already in use, you'll get a message saying so and a button will take you back to this screen.

This is more info. Once you're done inputting it, click the red box. You can copy and paste this info if you like. For the last name, use 瀬川 or 田中 or 橋本. For the first name, use 一郎 or 太郎 or 次郎. You can be creative here but put a Japanese name in those two boxes. For the postal code box, input a 7 digit number and click the box next to it. 8000001 and 7540001 work so you can use those if you like.
