They mostly drop on the /R missions, from the clear boxes. Pretty rare, though, and non-sell/trade-able. Makes them very valuable (so to speak).

However, they can drop on Forest Infiltration S3 from the boss boxes, I believe. Also very rare there.

forest infiltration, stolen weapon, and desert Goliath drop it on S3 only but u can also get them in the holy ground/r and unsafe passage/r and when it comes out bladed legacy/r but that's it for now
