I have Juno and the other day it bugged out and stuff. I had to get a new account. I went to go put in the SN but Rasspy(the encrypter) said it could not take the target I set. So I tried to get online anyway but it didn't connect to the DNS server. So I figured I would freeze my acount till I figure this out. I went to Sega's website and it said I was restricted till I upgrade my software. I have no idea what to do and ive 2 weeks without online or any help.
