Uh, clear your cache? If you deleted it and re-downloaded it just today, then you should have the right version. If you did it a while back, you won't.

Cleared cache and redownloaded the patches, no dice. Also downloaded AotI the other day so it's the up to date one.

Wasn't maintenance, I was chatting with people who were playing while I was trying to get on.

Just keeps timing out before I even get to the user agreement thing. Tried power cycling my network too and still no luck.
