I have an old tv, I have to use an RFU unit to use my gamecube on it. I'm currently considering playing PSO online, but don't want to if I can only use dial-up with my old tv.
Any PSO'ers with old tv's know if you can still use cable to play online while using an RFU ?

Thanks http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

You should be fine. You mean like playing PSO with an RF unit interupting the cable line signal? Ive done it before it worked fine, I was using DSL thought it may be different if you have cable internet and its all tied together. But as far as the signal having problems gettin to the tv or the GC connecting you should be fine.

How your gamecube is hooked up to your tv has nothing to do with how your gamecube connects to the internet.

Exactly. I have a RF unit connected to my 'Cube. (Unfortunately an older TV... :/) And tonight I bought a router and hooked it up to get off of dial up. Works like a charm. The TV that goes into your TV and the cable that connects to your net comes from same line, it's split, but it's not going to affect you.
