Enemy part drop question...

I'm hunting for a Rygutass Wing on the Japanese servers for the new A rank bow. Since it's a lv 1-199 drop; does anyone know if the enemy's level effects the drop rate at all? Thank you for anyone who can help.

Nope higher enemy doesn`t change a thing but you can do C runs to increase your time which in turn equals more chances at drops like those.:)
