As I walked down the street, I had to concentrate not to fall, form the slickness of the ground beneath my feet. I stopped to see where i was, this planet noan, was good to me. This was where i learned to fight. It also game me opportunities i could not pass up. Jobs that i loved were hard to come by, but this planet offered them to me. If only the jobs i liked weren't bad, then life would be good.
When i looked down one street to my left memories popped in my head, most were good some the ones i wish never happened. Finally i found where i needed to be, the diner where i would wait for my comrade. Cain. He was the friend i met in the field. I went into the diner and sat in the back in a booth.
My Job was to find people and eliminate them. You would have not thought that because of me being a newreal. My soft features set them up for a hard fall. That was my Passion to fight. I didn't say i was on the right side, but i take whatever job i am handed to the extent.
She had been traveling the systems for years now.

Cain walked through the rain and entered the diner. He slid off a heavy coat, revealing underneath a simple ensemble of jeans and a t-shirt. Alongside his belt was a handgun, and next to it a weapons license. He nonchalantly sat down across from Alex.

"Hey, Alex. How's it been going, eh?" He put his hands behind his head and leaned back a little in his chair. "So what'd you call me up for? New job or what?"

In one corner of the city, a subspace portal opens, and a newman male falls out. He was wearing a black braves coat, black braves pants, and black braves shoes. The only color in his outfit is the blue glow of his line shield. Standing up, he returns his twin sabers to his nanotransformer, and clears his slightly long, dark hair out of his face.
"Well, that was a mistake. Probably should have turned off that subspace generator first. Oh well, the city would have been damaged by the hostiles if the generator hadn't been knocked out..." He muttered to himself. "Now, let's see where we are. It's sure not Moatoob, that's for sure. Better not be Neuidaz, or else things could go really badly."

"Well something like that. I need a favor." She said to him. Alex took of her jacket and revealed a whie dress with her long and black curly hair being reviled as well. "I need to take out a very powerfull man, but i need some backup" She said to Caine.

"Hi, what would you like today", said a waiter. Alex had not even noticed that she was there. "Oh uhh i would like some Coffe" Alex said to her "And sir what would you like?" She asked Caine.

The newman brushed himself off, and walked out onto the sidewalk. Looking around, he realized immediately. "This... This isn't Gurhal..." he muttered, fear in his voice. "I... I think I'm going to be sick..." he continued, choking down a bit of vomit. "I... I need to get back home... Or else... I may never find her again... Sis..."

"There is a rumor that someone is trying to Kill the maiden that protects the Ghural system. I think that someone is using General Xavier and controlling him to do his or her dirty work, that is what i am trying to figure out. Right now I have to get into contact with the Maiden and make her aware of something that is possible." Said Alex. As the coffe arived Alex took a sip and started to put sugar in it.

The newman quickly shook off his fear, and went to work trying to figure out what to do. "First..." he muttered, "Figure out where I am." Seeing a diner by the side of the road, he realized he hadn't eaten in a few hours and he was hungry. "Walking inside, he sat at a table and looked around. He noticed a a man and a woman in one booth, the only other customers here. Shrugging, he decided he'd think through his entire plan before making any more moves.

"Well, it certainly sounds like a large undertaking. Not something to be taken lightly." Caine solemnly took a sip of coffee and then a bit a piece off of his pastry, passing Alex's to her. "Perhaps we should find a few more friends to assist in the undertaking. Assuming that this isn't urgent work, of course."

Caine sighed and began to quickly make work of the pastry. "Seems like there's a conflict everywhere nowadays."

For someone so famous, very little is known about him."

A large male cast, tall for his model, stode firm in his labs testing chamber. The metal walls, vained with what looked like circuit board. It was a system for negating attacks.

He took a deep breath, his ventilation systems, airing out his body. He opened his eyes, to lay them apon a target. His black hair cover his right eye, but that mattered not.

"Razonde!" he yelled, thrusting his left hand at the target. His "Scien-tech" system sparked to life. His arm started hum and spark, following blue light vains down his arm. The electrisity condenced in his palm, Arcing vilently then... ZAPP!

A large burst of power, launched from his hand, pierceing the target, dead center.

"Test, suggessful." he said to himself. Walking out a door into the development stations, to continue on his other Scien-tech systems.

Surge finished his systems in no time flat. Have a presice knowage of how they would work. He looked around his quiet lab. It seemed that he knew no-one, and had no friends. That his home and lab were alway empty of company. The program in his head told him, this is what it was like to be lonely.

He made a decision, after returning the verious tools to there proper places. He would take a walk outside and see what happend...

It was a beautiful night. The clouds gently wandering across the sky. A calming breeze, ruslling the leafs on the trees nearby. Surge looked up at the stars, who returned his gaze. He then looked around. The street lights ilumiating a empty city lane. Surge lived on the outskirts of town, a place he could work in his lab, without people to bother him.

He looked to the city. The lights of the city skyline, reflected on his eye. He would find someone. Someone to talk to. So he started walking, towards the city's heart.

Alex saw the both of them ready for a fight, "Now men please no, no fighting. If the both of you would please put you hands on the table." She said trying to not have any fighting in the diner. "Now if we could get acquainted, my name is Alex and this is Caine" Said alex to the unknown man.

Reluctantly, Seth agreed. Still, he had a mirage blast ready, should things get really bad. "The name's Seth," he said, a gruff tone to his voice. Realizing his mistake, he cursed himself under his breath, before asking, "Now umm... You see, I'm really, really forgetful. Must be some kind of chronic amnisia, the doctors are very well dumbfounded. But umm... What planet are we on?"

Caine also set his hands up on the table, although he didn't much care for it. He suspiciously eyed Seth. "We're on the planet Noan," he said rather calmly. "And what planet, may I ask, are you from, good sir?" Caine looked Seth in the eye.

"Ah, noan, right, right... Umm... How possible would it be for me to get into... say... he Gurhal system from here?" he asked, trying to dodge the question.

"Well you would take the Tide of Noan there. When i came here my first time that is what i rode back to Gurhal system." Said Alex to Seth.

"Ah, okay.... How much does it cost?" Seth asked, still nervous.

Caine spoke before Alex could answer. "Hold on. Before she tells you, would you mind terribly if I asked you what this planet's currency is? Surely you can remember at least that much." Caine had a smile on his face.

"Great... I'm caught... Ah well, at least it isn't Neudaiz," Seth thought to himself. Acting almost immediately, he backflipped off of the chair and hit his nanotranser. Standing up, he had a pair of railguns drawn and pointed at Cain and Alex. "Don't move, or I shoot," he said, slowly making his way towards the door.

Caine quickly jumped out of his chair and pulled his own handgun just as Seth raised his pair. He looked Seth dead in the eye. "Hey, now. How about you put those guns of yours away so we can have a little chat. We're not evil, you know." Caine slowly put his handgun on the table. "Look, I'm unarmed. Just come over and sit back down."

"Grr... Alright..." Seth sighed. Returning his railguns to his nanotranser, he sat down, but much more on edge than before. He briefly checked his nanotranser to make sure his line sheild was on, before looking back to Cain, anger in his eyes.

"Listen. Me and Alex, we're what you'd call 'private investigators'. To most people that means just people that go around serving papers and stuff, but to us, that means we take care of the jobs that your ordinary 'cop' won't. Listen. I can tell you're a bit... confused." Caine crossed his arms. "You're not from around here, that much is obvious. But your face says you have more to tell. So if you don't mind, could you tell me why exactly it is that you're here?"

Seth weighed the options carefully in his head. "Well, not like telling them could make this worse," he thought, before speeking up. "Well, you see, I'm from Gurhal. I was termanating a subspace generator. Problem is, it went crazy and warped me here. And since I've never even heard of this planet, it's pretty obvious why I want to get back. And the confusion, all just an act. Obviously I couldn't just ask what planet I was on, that'd draw attention to myself. Possibly land me in a mental hospital," he said, a stern look on his face.

"Trust me, it was pretty obvious that it was just an act." Caine stood up. "Listen, we're not gonna attack you or anything. On the contrary; now that we know your plight, I'm certain we're both more than willing to help. Right, Alex?" Caine looked at her.

"Yea, i guess we could help him get home, but you have to help us first" Said Alex. She wanted him to help them contact the maiden and protect her from the General.

"Fine... What do I need to do?" Seth asked, trusting Alex slightly more than her partner.

"I am going to contact the Maiden of Gurhal System and i was hoping you would be willing to protect her. If it would be alright with her, someone is trying to eliminate her. Would you be up for the offer" Alex said to him.

[Seth Astra]

"The Divine Maiden... Figurehead of the Communion... I've met her, she's actually quite nice. Shame she has no real power in the end... Either way, I will do what I can, although I can't guarantee my help will be accepted..." Seth trailed off, cryptically.

"Well my older brother used to be her body guard. She trusted him with her life, because he was her body guard i got to know her very well. She trusts me with my judgement" She said to him, and looked at him waiting for his answer.

Caine stood up and stretched out. "Well, if we're all done here, I'd like to get home and actually get some sleep before tomorrow." He yawned as he reached into his pocket and dropped a relatively large sum of money onto the table. "Tell the waiter to keep the change," he said. "Alex, shall I see you home?" Caine then eyed Seth. "And you. Do you have a place to stay?"

"Oh, no, I'm sure she won't refuse my help. However, the Communion itself might... But, let's give it a shot," Seth replied, a cocky look on his face.

After Doc's post...

"Nope, no place whatsoever," Seth replied, matter of factly. "What do you think? I just got unexpectedly transported to a planet I've never heard of."

Caine laughed. "Just wanted to know if you had any loony family members living here or something." He then shook his head. "Er, listen. If you've got no other place, I've got an extra room at the apartment that doesn't get any use. You're free to stay there, for now."

"Let's see... Do I trust you... No. Could I beat you in a fight... Possibly. Could I escape... Yes... Eh, why not?" Seth replied.

"Okay, then." Caine rolled his eyes. "I dunno about that 'could you beat me in a fight' part, though. So, Alex. Need a ride?"

"Eh, I may as well join you guys. I have nothing better that I can do, anyway," Seth replied.

"In that case, follow me." Caine led the two out into the front lot. As the trio exited, one of the waiters looked at them and sighed. "Finally, they're gone. Those two are always coming in and causing a commotion. That one guy... Caine, or something? He's always starting fights. Why do we let those two in here?" One of the waitresses turned to him. "Aw, come on. They're not all that bad. They're our best customers. And that one guy was kinda cute..." The waiter covered his face with his hand and groaned.

Outside the diner, Caine climbed into an extremely outdated model of all-terrain vehicle. He started it up, and it whirred uncomfortably. He stuck his head out the window and looked at the two. "Well, hop in."

Seth stared at the vehicle for a second, and raised an eyebrow. "Wow... This planet is far more advanced than Gurhal, obviously, but this is just..." he trailed off. He then hopped in the back, and layed down on the back row of seats.

Alex got in the passenger seat. I live in the Pear Apartments just over here on Suns Street." She said while pointing over in the direction of Suns Street.

Caine pulled away from the diner and began to drive in the direction that Alex pointed in. As he drove, he looked at a small monitor installed into the dashboard. He poked at it a few times and his face became somewhat stern. He then shut the monitor off. They began to near Alex's apartment.

1. Sence when can HUcast use D.Gates? That is Neona's skill...:(^^;

2. I have a set personality for Surge, but little exsperiance in acting it. Surge is a recent model cast. He is somewhat of a loner, or inexsperianced with interacting with others so is a bit anti-social. I wanted to have him get lonely, and seek out company (your characters). Being a logical Cast, he is willing to learn about social interactions, as well (after reading) go on an adventure. Like helping seth with his new job.

Surge continued to walk through the city, glancing at the few people out and about. Scaning there movements and manerisums, to looking for a suitible person to interact with. But no-one fit his ideas... so he kept walking.

"So, who are you guys, anyway?" Seth asked.

"Well i told you my name is Alex already, i go around and travel all of the systems doing dirty work or as i call it detective work for anyone that pays me" Said Alex. She turned around to look at Seth and smiled really big. "But i only do it to a certain point. Caine and I met in the field, we had to work with each other on a job one time." She said explaining. "I used to live here for about a year. I started my career here. I hope that was enough information about me to satisfy you" Alex said while turning back around still smiling. It was silent for a while, Alex looked at Caine and her smile fell waiting for him to tell Seth something about him.

Caine noticed Alex looking at him. "There isn't much to tell," he said calmly. "Everything you just said, I guess. As for my personal past... I'd rather not talk about it." Caine seemed a little uneasy.

Caine pulled up to Alex's apartment. He stopped and hit a button, which opened Alex's door for her. "Here you are, Alex." He gave her a glance. "I'll see you later, okay?"

"Eh, I know what you mean..." Seth replied. "I really don't have much to tell you guys about me. Used to work for the Guardians, then a private security firm called Little Wing. Right now I'm loosely associated with Little Wing. Mostly because freelance mercinary work makes it harder to get a contract."

"Here is my apartment number and the phone number that i have for it." She also said while handing it to Caine. "Bye" She said while shutting the door.

Alex got to her room 4D. She took her jacket off and put it on the chair next to the door. Alex went over to her comms device and said Gurhal system for the voice command.
"Yes how may i help you" said the voice over the comm "Yes hello this is Alex Linze.." Alex said "Oh Miss Linze how may i help you"said the voice "I need to speak to The Divine Maiden, This is very important" She said. "Yes Mam i will get her on the line this instant." The voice informed "Thank you" Said Alex. She waited for a couple of moments. "Hello" said a women voice that Alex recognized "Hey, It is Alex" Said Alex "Oh hello Alex how are you?" said the maiden "Good, i need to speak to you about something" said Alex.
"Yes" The Maiden said "You trust my instincts right" Alex asked her "yes i do very much" she said "Well you are in danger, there is someone trying to eliminate you. I know you have heard this before but no joke this time" Said Alex trying to tell her so she would listen. The maiden said nothing "With your permission i would like to send someone over to protect you, someone that lives in the Gurhal system and you should trust" said Alex while walking around the room.
"If you say that i am in trouble, then we should take this into serious consideration" Said the Maiden. "Karen trust me" said Alex
"Okay, Okay i must talk to the communion. You know how they are" Karen said "Yea so i will send him over and he will watch over you, even though i know you can take care of your self. You are like a sister to me i need you to be protected and to stay alive." said Alex "He will be over late tomorrow. I have to go over some ground rules with him" Alex also said and laughed "Okay." Said Karen "His name is Seth by the way, okay i am going to let you go" said Alex to her "Bye" Karen ended the call.
Alex went and got ready to go to bed. She was glad Karen said yes to Seth going to watch over her because she could refuse help sometimes.

Caine closed the door and drove away from Alex's apartment. He immediately went down the road towards his apartment complex. He was silent for the time, until he was about halfway there. He turned to Seth and said, "So. Tell me about this planet of yours, eh?"

"Well, actually the Gurhal system is three planets. I actually live on a space colony, though. The planets are Neudaiz, a lush, heavily forested planet primarily populated by newmen, Moatoob, a desert planet primarily inhabited by beasts, and Parum, a very heavily urbanized planet ruled by CASTs. I was raised on Neudaiz, by the way," Seth explained.

"Interesting," Caine stated. "We don't have too much difference in races here. This entire planet is covered mostly with humans. There are newmans, but they dress pretty much exactly the same as us nowadays. Something about wanting to break off with their old culture... I dunno, exactly. CASTs are rare, as are beasts. But this isn't important, I suppose. Truth be told, there isn't much new around these parts. Bright lights, big machinery. Almost entire planet is industrialized, much like your Parum, I suppose." Caine sighed. "Lots of smog means lots of sleaze. That's why I'm here." Caine pulled into his driveway and turned off the vehicle. He stepped out and opened Seth's door. "Come on. I don't much care for rain."

Leaping out, Seth streached his arms and followed Cain inside. "Actually, Parum is fairly free of polution. Mostly because it had been completely devistated by the war that ended about a century ago, and the CASTs wanted to keep it from getting ruined again, so a lot of research went into keeping the environment from collapsing all over again," Seth explained.

"If only we were so lucky," Caine said, half jokingly. He led Seth inside, opening the door to his apartment and walking in.

Inside Caine's apartment, it could be seen Caine was surprisingly well-to-do. His walls were lined with various antique weapons, as well as many paintings. He had a fairly large television, and a large amount of videos and games. Caine pointed to a door down the hall from the living room. "That one's yours," Caine said. "Feel free to make yourself at home, I suppose. Oh, and whatever you do, don't open that door to the back left." He pointed at another door further down from Seth's room. "Just trust me on this one. Anyways, I'm gonna pop in a DVD. You just do whatever." Caine let out a long sigh and plopped down in his couch.

[Seth Astra]

"You know, I'm surprised you guys haven't sorted out the environment. You're clearly more advanced than the Gurhal system, we haven't even traveled outside our own solar system yet. And yet you guys can travel to our system without us having ever really known. But anyway, I'll check out my room," Seth said, before going into his room, shutting the door behind him. Looking around, he saw a bed and a bunch of computers. Looking inside the closet, he found a rather large arsenal. "Cozy," he remarked. Looking around, he decided to hide a burn trap EX among the computers near the doorway, just in case he couldn't trust Cain. Looking at his bed, he went to lay down. Closing his eyes, he put himself into a trance-like state. Although he was basically sleeping, he was aware of everything around him, and could wake himself at a moments notice.

Caine was watching television for a while. Then, he looked over at Seth's room. He rubbed his chin for a moment, and then walked over to his own room. Entering and then closing the door behind him, he sat down in front of a set of computer monitors and hit a hotkey on the keyboard. A camera in Seth's room then activated, and examined him. Caine noticed that Seth wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. He sighed and turned off the monitor. "Eh, who am I kidding. The kid's no spy. I don't believe his story 100% yet, but he's obviously somewhere he doesn't belong." Caine shrugged and then yawned. He laid down in his bed and turned out the lights.

OOC: Now to either wait for Rae to come back, or add in some random event. :3

Seth took a deep breath and sighed, before sitting up. His stomach growled loudly, having not eaten dinner the day before. Looking at a clock in the room, he saw it was still about 2 AM. Sighing, he layed back down and returned to his trance.

OOC: No, I don't know what the point of that was.

A few hours later, Seth once again woke himself. Streaching and hoping out of bed, he walked over to where he had set the trap the other night, disarmed it, and returned it to his nanotranser. He then walked back out into the appartment.

When Seth awoke, Caine was nowhere to be seen. The door to his room was wide open. The television was still on, however. It was broadcasting the news.

"Huh, not here... Oh well, may as well raid his fridge," Seth commented. He then grabbed some bread out of the freezer, and put it in the toaster. A minute later, he pulled the toast out, spread some butter on it, and proceded to eat.

Alex awoke on the couch. She got up and put on her clothes for the day, a plain white v neck with a light blue jacket over it zipped up and black skinny jeans, also white ankle high shoes ,her hair was in a pony tail. She went and ate a sandwich, it was 6 am by then. Alex sat down and got out her portable data-pad and scrolled through the people that had the most mesta and most intelligent to see people that could possibly be controlling the general.

Having finished his breakfast, sat around for ten minutes, gone back to his room and spent another hour in his trance-state, he decided to do something. He then wrote a note telling Cain that he had gone to see Alex. Leaving it on the kitchen counter, he then walked out and started walking towards Alex's appartment.
An hour later (9:30, let's say), he was standing outside the appartment building, just staring at the doors. He then thought to himself, "I have no idea which room she's in..."

After Alex had enough of looking at the data-pad, she got up and thought that she needed a walk. She finally got out side and saw Seth staring at her building aimlessly.

"Ah, there you are," Seth said, walking over. "I was just contemplating how to find you, since I didn't get the number of your appartment room. Ah well," he said.

"Oh i gave Caine a piece of paper with my room number on it, I would have thought he would tell you if you were coming to see me. Where is he by the way?" Alex asked him with a confused face on.

[Seth Astra]

"No idea. He was gone when I woke up. It looked like he had left in a hurry, though," Seth replied. "You have any idea what might have happined?"

"No i don't. We better go into my apartment in case he calls." Alex said to Seth.

[Seth Astra]

"Ah. Okay," Seth replied, holding the appartment door open for Alex.

The both of them got to Alex's room and she opened it. "I contacted the Maiden last night and she says it is alright with her if you go and watch over her" Alex said while going and getting her Data-pad, and sitting down on her couch.

[Seth Astra]

"Ah, okay. Also, think you could get her to send an official job request to me through Little Wing? Getting an official job's about the only way I could get into that place without getting arrested, getting killed, or killing a whole bunch of people... It's a long story," Seth replied.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

On the other side, Caine was mumbling to himself. "Okay, just act natural. They don't need to know anything happened; it doesn't affect them at all. Don't let it get to your head. Don't let it impede your work..."

"Yea I will tell her, I bet money on that she has looked up information on you by now" Alex said to Seth.

"Uhh... Aren't you going to answer the door?" Seth asked Alex.

"Oh i guess i did not hear someone knocking" Alex said. She walked over to the door and opened it, it was Caine looking all stirred up. "Hey"Alex said to him.

"Hey, what's up?" Caine shook off his discomfort and walked inside nonchalantly, taking a seat on Alex's couch. "Okay, then. What's the plan, eh?"

[Seth Astra]

"Good question. What is the plan?"

"Seth, You are going to go and watch over the Maiden. Caine and I are going to go checking out General Xavier, and see if it leads us to the person who is controlling him." Alex said to the both of them.

"So I'm supposed to guard the figurehead of an organization that, if I'm lucky, wants me dead? Sounds good. Think I could swing by Clad 6 first? That way I can change into something a little less conspicuous and actually accept the mission. In fact, I have my own ship there. You can just drop me off at Clad 6," Seth replied.

"Whoa, woah, hold on a second. You mean we're going straight for Xavier? That's kind of rushed thinking, isn't it?" Caine leaned forward. "Shouldn't we get some intel first or something? I mean, you don't just spy on a high-class military leader. From another planet. With a two-person team. Or do you? I'm certain somebody's tried it..."

[Seth Astra]

"Hey, you guys have the easy job. Yours at least has you sneeking through enemy territory, and can fight back if you get caught. I have to just walk right in, and I can't kill anyone."

[DoctorQuark]

"Yeah, we can fight back if we get caught. But this is an army we're talking about here, not some cut-rate gang members or mercs. Aside from that, what did you have to do to get an entire organization peeved at you anyways?"

[Seth Astra]

"Oh, just took away their best lab rat. Course, that's the extremely short, impersonal version, but yeah, they didn't like that one bit. Thank god they don't have nearly as much influence off of Neudaiz. Actually, only the higher ups know why I'm wanted. Everyone else just blindly follows their orders."

"Don't worry, we will go to the Gurhal System make sure everything is good with the communion. Then go through the information about General Xavier. There is a data base there that we can go through that has information about everyone and everything." Said Alex to them.

[Seth Astra]

"Eh, as long as I have accepted a mission for them, the communion tends to tollerate me. Not to say I won't get my fair share of dirty looks, but I probably won't be arrested," Seth replied. "Now, when are we going, and how are we getting to Gurhal?"

"You won't get arrested when i am with you and remember The Tide of Noan!" Said Alex

"Don't forget, I have to stop by Clad 6 to accept the mission, and to change into something slightly less conspicuous.

"Okay, okay we will do that... I am going to get some stuff then we can go." Said Alex then went into her bedroom and got her stuff. She came out "Okay i am ready lets go!"she said.

As they were driving through the city in Cain's vehicle, Seth asked, "So, how long will the rid be, once we get on this ship?"

"About an hour, to do everything plus going to Clad 6 and doing what you need to do." Alex said.

When the group managed to get onto Clad 6, Seth ran back into his room to get changed, a few minutes later, he came back out, dressed a little more casually. "So, what do you think?" he asked.

"As Chelsia would say," Seth started, before continuing in a fake French accent, "Tres magnifique, non?" He then laughed. "Anyway, follow me, he said, walking into a teleporter, onto the bridge of his ship.

Surge had had an uneventful night, and a pretty quiet morning. He had scoured the city, but found no-one really to his image. So he had desided to search the ship docks. He had spoted an open ship dooor, and wandered in. He figured that no-one was on board so took this as a opprotunity to do a quick scan of the engines, to get its blueprint.

Surge had finished his scan, now having a beautiful blueprint of the engine to repplicate back at his lab. Just as he was ready to leave, the engine roared to life. He thought fast and checked where the ship was going. It was going to Clad 6! That was way out of the way... he had to get off. But as logic would have it, he couldn't leave, he was not suppost to be here. So, he had to stay, and ride it out to Clad 6.

Surge found a spot next to the engine to wait, as the ship took off.

Alex was excited that she was going to see her friend that she had not seen in along time. After her father died and had no mother Alex trailed of bad in her life. She started to get mixed with people that killed for no reason. After a while Alex decided to find out who killed her father, when she went to planet noam the first time Alex was given the opportunities to go all over the systems in search of criminals which was perfect for her. Only recently she was given a job to figure out general Xavier. When Alex was asking around noan about him the rumor came up abou the maiden. Alex went digging around and found out all she knew at this point in time.

Alex went in the direction Seth was pointing. She saw a beautiful ships every where "which one is yours?" Alex asked him.

Before the two boarded, Caine ran up to them. "Sorry for the wait, guys. Had some mid-flight preparations to do. Here." Caine handed Alex and Seth odd-looking earpieces. "These are compact communicators, set to a three-way channel," he said. "With these, we can communicate with each other easily. Also, I've set the channel to be secure, so nobody can tap in on our conversations. These should come in handy if we have to be separated."

[Seth Astra]

"Hmm... Not bad..." Seth commented, puttiong on the earpiece. "It's this ship," he said, opening the door. As they stepped inside, he continued, "Sorry I couldn't teleport us directly on board, the ship's teleporter has been acting up lately." Going to the controll panel, he then hit a few buttons. "Okay... There, that last mission's done, now let's look through here... Ah, here it is, a privately requested mission, straight frome the Devine Maiden herself. There, now just hit this and... There!" he said, setting up the mission. He then pressed a button on his nanotranser, and a holographic ID card appeared. Seth then pushed another button, and it floated an inch from his chest, serving as a badge. "There, official proof I'm on a formal mission. Now they probably won't arrest me, torture me, and kill me."

"'Probably', eh?" Caine remarked. "Well, at least that means you've got more than half a chance. I'm sure you'll be fine. Maybe."

[Seth Astra]

"Eh, shouldn't be too hard to get out if they do try and capture me. Their guards are wimps. I broke out of there when I was... What, 15? The elite guards you have to watch out for, but most of the grunts. Pfft, nothing. Now, let's get going," Seth said, setting the coordinates for Neudaiz.

OOC: Maybe i should just start over. I seem not able to catch up. I even just though of an idea. Surge can be an Elite guard to the Devine Maiden already, and he can be the one you work under. His story is still about the same. Same look and still the inventer of his Scien-tech system.

OOC: Probably not a good idea. What with Seth's stubborn hatred of the Communion and all, and it'd go very badly with a plot point I want to slip in. But it's up to you.

The three had arived on the planet safely. As they approached the entrance of the building, Seth showed his badge to the guards, who let them in. As they made their way to their destination, Seth just barely heard a shriek as they walked past a hallway. Looking that way, he saw a group of elite guards huddled closely together, entering a restricted area. What caught his eye though, was that, for a second, he saw a bit of pale blue hair and a pointed ear that angled almost straight up. His eyes widened at this, but he regained his composure and muttered to himself, "Not now... As much as it hurts, I have to wait till later..."

Caine noticed the group of guards, but paid them no mind, resolving to bring up the matter later. While walking through the building's corridors, Caine felt a tad uncomfortable. "All these guards. It's really making me nervous. Most guards I run into just jump at the thought of pummeling anybody that looks even slightly suspicious." Caine laughed half-heartedly.

[Seth Astra]

"Oh, it might just be me. They know me. Well, fear me. Well, hate me. But, they know that if I just waltz in here, not destroying stuff, I'm usually on some business. If I do waltz in here destroying stuff, they know to run. These guys really don't put up much of a fight. Only the Elite Guard is worth getting my swords bloody these days," Seth commented, unease in his voice.

The group advance ferther into the building, guards keeping an eye on them, but leaving them alone. As they reached there meeting point in a rather large room, a tall, black and green metal cast, was looking around the room, as if looking for the Maiden as well.

He noticed the group, but didn't say anything.

They walked to the door of the entrance of the building. Alex opened the door and went in, the receptionist desk was empty no one was behind it. "Yall stay here, Caine watch Seth and make sure he does not touch anything and does not go anywhere he does not need to go. Ill be right back" Alex said to the both of them. Alex went to the back room where she remembered as the conference room. When she entered no one was in there "Hello is anyone here?" Alex called. "Yes, I am here" said a voice, "Is there anything i can help you with?" said the young women cast. "Hi" said Alex "I would like to see the Maiden", "May i ask your name" Said the cast. "Alex Linze", "OH Miss Linze, she is right this way" said the young cast.

"Seriously, what does she think I am, some kid?" Seth asked, not really talking to anyone in particular, "After all, I could probably count the number of people in this building who wouldn't capture me on one hand, last thing I'm going to do is draw attention to myself." Caine looked away, and leaned up against a desk. "Alright, then. Whatever you say..." He looked down at his handgun. He thought to himself, "I really hope this isn't one of those missions where I have to use you right and left. The whole crazed gunman thing is getting old. Really old. And Alex... Geh. I know I shouldn't worry, but if there's anyone I don't want getting hurt, it's her. Please let this be a simple espionage mission."

Half-accidentally, Caine spoke out loud. "Eh, who am I kidding. It never is."

"Hey, even then, at least you guys'll be able to fight your way out of a tough situation. If things get dicey for me, chances are, I won't have that as an option... Ah, who am I kidding, there's no reason I can't fight, and, if things go wrong, escaping here will be a piece of cake."

"Eh, I don't think the Communion could safely get a massive multi-planet manhunt going. Basically, they already have one going. But it's only them. They can't get anyone else in because they lack the charges. Well, I know the charges, and they know, but it would destroy them if it got out. So basically, I hold the trump card here. They play their hand, I play mine. And I have the better hand," Seth replied, all in a hushed whisper.

"So where are all of the guards?" Alex asked they Cast "Oh, The Maiden sent them home." She said "Well if you will go and call one of the guards and tell them to watch the entrance, I know she sent them home but she should have one just in case" Alex said, "She is right through that door" The cast said. "Thank you, and The two gentlemen in the front are with me. If you will tell the guard that also i don't them to get into any trouble. Oh and what is your name?" Alex asked her "Yes Mam, and my name is Lea." she said.

Alex knocked on the door "Come in" said a familiar voice. The Maiden was sitting in a chair in the corner of the room reading a book. "Hey" Alex said while walking in, "What, Alex what are you doing here. You didn't say you were coming!" Said The Maiden while standing up, She had Short purple hair, and was wearing a knee length white dress with blue sandals. "I thought i should come and see how you are doing and see how everything is going and to get the guards up to date with the procedures. Also i need to see my brother, have you talked to him lately?" Alex asked her. "He is always cooped up in his quarters, and i am glad you are here" Said The Maiden "Karen, there needs to be more guards around here. The front room was empty when i got here. I also have brought a friend and Seth the guy that is going to be a guard, for you." Said Alex "Okay so i guess i better go meet them" Karen said. The both of them walked to the front room to see a guard there as she requested and saw Seth and Caine were talking to Lea.

Caine, not much for formalities, didn't know whether to bow or simply say hi. Thusly, he did both, somewhat awkwardly so. "Hello, Your Highness. Majesty. Er... I'm sorry, I'm not used to meeting famous people." Caine scratched his head. He was clearly embarrassed, as his face was a little red and he would not look Karen in the eye.

As he followed Karen out, Seth explained, "Sorry about not bowing or anything. In case you havn't noticed, I'm kind of hated by the entirity of the communion. Well, I do suppose I hated them first... But they made a mistake they shouldn't have made... For that, I can't respect them..." Seth trailed off, ominously, before picking up in a much cheerier tone, "But enough about that, I'm here to keep you from getting killed or anything, and you've got one of the best people in the business guarding you. I do leave quite a mess, though, so you may want to turn your head when I fight." Seth then smiled, put his hands in his pockets, and kept walking.

All the while as Seth and the group had made there introductions, Surge had quietly watched and listend. Lea had already gotten to him earllyer, and explained his part in this matter; to help protect the Maiden. He was now quietly following Seth and the Maiden, keeping an eye out and scaners on for anything out of the ordiairy.

(As in some sort of off post, Karen had a chance to meet Surge and know his busness in the matter)

Caine was walking with Alex. "Er, okay then. I know I probably shouldn't be, but I'm a little lost. What are we off to do now?"

"To see a friend of mine, or should i say my brother. I do not trust Seth that much and my brother Shaun used to be The Maidens Body guard, her left hand. So i thought i could convince him and help protect her. If i can convince him is the question." Alex said to Caine. "I guess i can call The Maiden Karen around you. Karen said he still lived in the same place so that means just right over there" Alex said while walking in the direction she was talking about.

"I can tell you that the communion, sometimes does not know what they are talking about. I wish they would listen to me, but nothing goes through to them" said Karen. They walked to the office she was in earlier when Alex surprised her and came.

"Ah, yes. Honestly, it's a shame you really are just a figurehead for the communion. You're about the nicest person in the organization. Course, that could just be my bias against people who want me dead speaking," Seth replied. Thinking to himself, he thought, "It's too bad... She's a nice young woman... Even so, despite the fact that my actions would put her in danger, there's something I have to do."

Caine was looking a bit confused, but he shook his head and smiled. "Er, okay, then. Got it. As long as everything goes smoothly." He then muttered to himself, "And as long as I get paid. It has been surprisingly quiet so far, though. Haven't had to draw on anyone once... Well, except for what's-his-face, but he didn't know what he was getting himself into..."

Caine leaned back in a chair across from Alex. "Alrighty, then. So I guess I'll just wait for you to say the word. I'm just here to lend an extra gun anyways."

As Seth, Surge and the Maiden continued to walk down the hall, Surge picked up something hostile.

"You there, Seth Astra, take the Maiden back the way we came, we have Hostiles coming from ahead. If I continue on, I should reach them in 6.3 seconds. No time, go now!"

Surge turned an ran stright down the hall, towards the threat.

"Wow... Ten minutes on the job and we already have hostiles popping up quite literally out of nowhere. Probably more rogue security synths. I swear, it's like the Communion's trying to break itself appart. Ah well, never minded running before, why should I complain?" Seth said to himself. He then grabbed the Devine Maiden by the wrist and dragged her back the way they had come, a relaxed look on his face.

Surge in no-time found the threat. Just as Seth had muttered, A hand full of Security Synths was running a muk. They seemed to be tearing up things in there way to reach the Maiden, no dought a hack by someone, as he had been informed they might try.

The small Synth group was now in range. They seemed to take him as a threat, and charged him. Surge didn't seem worried, as they closed in. One was now in stricking range, and he wiped out his pair of Sacred Dusters from his nanotransformer, and impailing it under the head plate, sending it crashing back into another. But three more scuttled around the reck and fired at him.

He didn't dodge, but took a few hits, actiating a untested system, finding it a good time to test it. "Deband force unit, ON". Small blue disks spread out from his body, and began rotating fast, generating a humming sound and a faint blue glow.

The continued stream of shots started to arc and curve, as the system began to take effect, deflecting the shots around him. "Test one; Suggess. Now to see what it can take." He put away the nuckles, desiding to test the system alone.

Caine heard all of the commotion from the office. He stood up and put his hand on his handgun. "Alex, it looks like we've already got some unwanted company. Should we jump in?"

Seth quickly dragged The Maiden into the office, then, moving quickly, he picked her up, lept over the receptionist's desk, and put her down, hidden behind the desk. Pulling his twin handguns out of his nanotranser, he whispered, "Stay low," before getting up slightly, and looking over the top of the desk.

Caine slid down next to him, pulling out his own pistol, and without warning her, dragging Alex down with him. "So how many hostiles are we talking here? One? Five? Some totally insane number that we can't possibly contest with?" Caine tossed yet another piece of gum into his mouth.

"Honestly... No idea... A CAST that apparently had also been hired to protect The Maiden here said he sensed hostiles ahead, and ran off to fight them. Although, their probably some rouge security synths, so we can't be sure how many were infected, and in which sections of the building."

Caine simply laughed and readied his handgun. "Haha, alright. So let's make it happen, then. Just give me the word."

All of this was happening fast. " Seth, Caine go up there and figure out how many there are then come back and tell me we will figure it out from there." Alex told them while looking at them in the eyes making sure they were listening.

Looking around, Seth saw nobody, slipping back down, he said, "None yet, but we might come under attack at any instant."

" I can answer that question miss. There were 10 in total, all dismantaled." A voice came from the office door. "Maiden, forgive my for the mess and the suddeness, and delay of being redirected."

The group looked up from there desk to see Surge standing at the door, a severed head unit of one of the synths in his hand at his side, and a few dents and gashes in his armor.

Seth twirled his twin handguns before storing them in his nanotranser and hopping onto the counter, then helping The Maiden climb onto it, then helping her back down, and jumping down himself. Turning to the cast, he said, "Well, looks like you may be of use after all." Then, he thought to himself, "This is very good. If I am to attempt to save her, the risk to The Devine Maiden wouldn't be nearly as bad."

"That is all right sir may I ask your name to put in a good report of you." The Maiden asked the guard.
Alex got out from the back of the desk and began to look for any damages or bodys.

"My name is Surge. I was asked to help gaurd you in these unsertain times due to my expertise with my advansedments in my Scien-tech systems. Shall i give this to a synisizer to find its soure?" gesturing to the synth head in his hand.

Caine stuck his head out the door to check for other hostiles. In that instant, there was a sudden blast, and Caine just barely dodged a photon-charged bullet. He then whipped around, firing his handgun at the unseen assailant, and closed the door behind him. "Er, guys, it looks like we have company," he said, shakily. "About five robot-looking things, to be exact. Needless to say, with armor like that, my handgun didn't do much. Just slowed one of them down."

Seth stretched, and said to Cain, "So, how will I make you guys glad you brought me along? Mirage blast? Traps? Nah, I think I'll just use my sabers." With that, he drew his twin sabers and walked over to the door.

Caine nodded, and then prepped to let Seth at the hostiles. He opened the door again, firing off a couple more shots. There was a sudden explosion, and Caine smirked. However, in that same instant, he suddenly gasped and leaped out of the way of another shot, which this time blew the door to the office off. Caine slid behind the desk, sidling against it next to Alex. "They're coming!" Caine readied his handgun.

Noticing that the saber was acting oddly, Caine shook it around a bit, hitting random switches on it.

He then extended it and got ready for battle. He then said to Karen, "Hey, hey. Trust me, I wasn't talking down to you, heh. I just don't like it when pretty ladies get hurt, okay?" Caine took a battle position.

Seth slashed the robot several times, then flipped onto his hands, kicked it several times, and then lept to his feet, spun his blades around him, hitting the robot a few more times, then slashed in an X shape across its chest, damaging it. Turning to Alex, he asked, "Am I really that mean?"

Caine shook his head, simply choosing to believe he had imagined the whole thing (despite the obvious marks from where the saber had sliced into the walls). He then skillfully ran out of the room, leaping up and slashing straight down one of the sentries and destroying it. He then kicked over another one, before rolling towards it and driving the blade straight down into it's mainframe. He then leapt away as it exploded.

"Looks like that's it for that group," he huffed. "Does that make six of ten altogether? Or could there possibly be more we don't know about?"

Not that I believed it to be a very trustworthy hideout anyways. Perhaps we should move somewhere more inconspicuous, rather than sit around at our client's 'house'."

Caine jumped back at the mechgun's sudden firing. He then looked around for a switch to disable the weapons, and did so. Noticing that everybody was looking at him strangely, he quickly ducked into a closet and starting whispering to the saber. "Look, I dunno who are what you are, but you're making one hell of a mess for me right now. I'm glad that you want to help, but... And I say this with all due respect that a man can have for a, er, talking saber... But I can't just trust you. And you've gotta quit with all this random firing and blade extensions and whatever."

Caine covered his face with his hand. "I must be going insane..."

Seth sighed, then said, "Well then, I'm sorry, but there's only two options for me now. One pits me aginst you, one sacrifices my sister. Needless to say..." Seth then swapped his twin blades for a saber and a handgun. Grabbing the Maiden, he charged his gun and held the barrel to the side of her head, keeping her between him and the others. "I choose my sister. Now back away, and don't shoot. If I die, my finger slips, and she dies," Seth said, backing towards the entryway. Whispering to the maiden, he said, "I'm sorry. I won't hurt you, but I have to do this."

Caine heard this commotion from within the closet. He then shut down the saber. "What? This guy's pulling this kind of shit again? Why did we even bring him along..." Caine burst out of the closed and saw Seth walking away with the Maiden. Infuriated, he ran to the doorway and yelled out at him. "Alright, listen, buddy. We didn't bring you along just to haul away our client. So, listen. I'm going to give you three seconds to bring her back here. Whatever it is you need her for, I'm certain we can work out without all this nonsense, alright?" Caine put his hand on his handgun.

Karen saw what was happening. She turned around so quickly she hardly new she moved. She still had her Saber in her hand. Karen managed to get the blade between her and Seth "I knew it something was happening" Alex said.

Surge ahd just came running back to find the soure of the commotion, when he turned a corner in the hall to see Seth walking backwards, a gun to the Maidens head. He sliped back, his head still in sight to see. Seth's action, not a good idea. It was now his job to guard her, and if one of the others called to guard her compromised it, he would not hesitate to react.

As Seth edge farther back, he was in range now. Surge steped out fast, giving him no time to react, wedging the Maiden away with his left hand while knocking the hand gun sideways, and gripping his throat with his right.

"Seth Astra, I give you one chance to explain, NOW"

"Damn," Seth swore. "Well, no use in trying the nice way anymore." Doing a backflip away, he stored his weapons and made two symbols in the air with his hands. Rings of runic symbols appeared in front of him, forming a shield. A bird-like creature then appeared, leaving a chill around it. "Don't think about killing me now. It won't work, and I'll shoot. If you're lucky enough to survive you'll be frozen solid for a few minutes. Long enough for me to do what I must without getting any of you involved. There is no other way. I must do this alone. You may have forced me to use a more violent methodology, but you won't stop me. I'd kill the whole system to do this. Your lives mean nothing compared to the one I must save."

Surge took the logical action. He summoned out one of his SUVs, his Vivienne Fluge. The wings formed around his back, also giving his a invonurable stat. The wings extened to block the hall way, a while-ish gren glow about them. Letting nothing pass him.

Seth was starting to cry now. Greatly different than his usual emotionless or laid back aditudes. "I cannot. I don't want to hurt anyone... But... I can't let her suffer. To live as she would be forced to is a fate worse than death. None of the freedom of life, but none of the mercy of death... If I tell you, then it could throw the whole system into upheval. War could even break out. It would destroy the entire system. However, if I refuse to fight... Well, I'd prefer the war, at least then she'd be free... So then there's the third option. Killing you guys. I don't want to kill the innocent, I've never had to before. But I've killed. The taste is horrible, but you learn to live with it. Considering I'd be willing to destroy the system for this, killing you means nothing... But then, I'm starting to think that won't work..." Quickly, turning to the side, he fired the mirage blast at the wall. This both damaged the structure to the point of collapse, but created a wall of ice, which blocked the passageway and held it up at the same time.
Still in tears, he turned, and then ran a ways, taking a turn and disappearing from sight. Muttering to himself, he said, "Father, no matter how manyI must kill, I will keep my oath. I will protect her..."

Surge desided not to try and follow. Statisic suggested that he would return and try his stunt again. Surge was already formulating a tactic.

The wings vanished, letting him turn around to head back to the office. The Maiden had already returned to Caine and Alex.

Seth looked back, and saw nobody had followed. He had needed to fight some security synths to progress, but they fell before the wrath of his blades with ease. Finally, he reached the door that the elite guards had entered earlier. It was a massive steel door, extremely secure. However, Seth simply layed an burn trap EX in front and detonated it, melting a nice hole in it. Inside, the elite guards were strugging with rouge synths as well. Seth drew his twin handguns and walked in, guns blazing, shooting both guard and synth.

After getting ' I'm fines ' and ' oks ' from the three, Surge got and idea. He scaned the room and found it had a back room and door to platform (not sure if we are high up). He explained his idea to move the maiden to a safer location, and everyone agreed that was best, in light of the new threat. The group moved on to the platform and Surge signaled for his ship, and it came without delay and docked. Everyone climbed in and surge took off. Headed for a safer location. (if anyone has one, put it in)

HU: Man This D.Gate Sure Is Takeing Its Time! How Can Neona Deal With These?!?

OOC: *Last tune still playing.*

Seth wasted no time. He quickly dispatched a number of synths and guards. Clearing at least half of the room, the remaining guards quickly managed to reform in front of the next door, identical to the last. Seth pulled out his twin swords and rushed them, dropping two EX traps a few yards from the guards. The archers fired shot after shot at him, only to be dodged or deflected. He then lept over the front soldiers, killing two of them, and proceeded to kill several from behind. The ran back from him a ways, prepared to attack again. However, Seth simply put away his swords and pulled out a detonator switch. Pressing it, the two traps burst into lightning, killing the remaining guards. He then turned to the next door.

[Caine, seeing all of this, quickly pursued Seth. He called out to Alex and the Maiden. "Listen, I'll be back. But I've gotta figure out what this guy's problem is. If I don't return, I'm sure you know what happened to me, so just continue as planned." Caine ran on ahead, exploded saber behind him, and followed the wreckage towards where he presumed Seth might have escaped.]

OOC: I put the above in brackets to suggest non-canonity, since I hadn't read Neona's full post. D: I hadn't expected Surge to just take us away... So much for that. :/

OOC: FYI, doctor, I blocked the path with a wall of ice, but you probably could get around it, so you're fine.

OOC2: Play the same tune from above.

Seth set a burn trap EX in front of the door, backflipped away and detonated it, leaving a massive hole. He walked through into a room labeled biolab 1.
Inside there were several scientists, clearly scared. Along the back wall was a mess of machinery, containing chemicals, computers, and energy generators and syphons. In the middle of the room a young newman girl, about 14-15 years old, lay on a table. She had long blue hair, and was stripped down just to her body suit. She had several chemicals feeding into her, and various machines syphoned photon energy out of her body. Seth gasped at the sight of her like this again, and his fist clenched, before he pulled a saber and handgun from his nanotranser.
He then turned to the nearist scientist, who had a handgun aimed at him. Unphased, Seth walked towards him slowly. The scientist kept backing away, until he was up against the wall. Given no other option, the scientist fired. The bullet simply stopped as soon as it hit the barrier created by Seth's line shield. Seth holstered his handgun, and picked the scientist up by his throat. Holding him for a second, he drew back and ran the man through with his saber, before dropping him to the ground.
Turning to the others, he took his time killing them. Every blow was lethal. Seth moved with a cold precision, not hesitating, not rushing. Finally, having killed them all, he ripped the needles out of the girl, and smashed the energy syphons. Putting away his weapons, he took some lab coats off of the scientists, emptied the pockets, and wrapped the girl in them, leaving only her face visible, before throwing her over his left shoulder. He then collected her clothes and nanotranser from another table and stored them in his nanotranser.
Before he left, he stared at the massive machine for a minute. Hitting a button on his nanotranser, he held his right hand as if to recieve a weapon. Instead, all that appeared was what appeared to be a gust of wind. However, he walked up to the machine and started slashing, and the machine was sliced as if he weilded a sword. Not quite satisfied, he drew back and performed a spinning slice. The gust of wind solidified into an old-fashioned longsword, and it ripped through the machine, before disappearing again. Putting the weapon away, he walked over and placed 2 burn trap EXs and 2 stun trap EXs, adjusting something on each.
Walking out, he hit the detonator for the stun traps. Nothing happined for a few seconds, before the room he had just left was engulfed in a massive blast of lightning, leaving all the electrical systems fried beyond repair. He then hit the detonator for the burn traps, and it paused once again, before erupting in a massive explosion. The concussive blast ripped appart the machinery, while the heat spared nothing, reducing the metal to molten puddles. This ruptured the photon storage tanks, and they exploded, destroying the room even further. As Seth exited into the main hallway, nothing remained of the lab.

Just when Seth thought he was safe, Caine headed him off at the end of the hallway. He was not threatening Seth; his handgun was securely holstered at his waist. Caine walked a few steps towards him before speaking. "Listen, Seth... I don't know exactly who or WHAT you are. Or what reason you had for attacking the Maiden, blowing up this building, et cetera... You know the story; you were there. But one thing I do know is that you must have some serious conviction to do something like that. So listen. I'm not here to start a fight with you. I don't want any of that. Man to man, I need to know why the hell you're acting so drastically."

Seth sighed. He had taken out his anger against the communion, and he was able to calm down. He then put the girl down on the floor and pulled back some parts of the coats, revealing her head. Prempting Caine's question, he said, "She's my sister... The only family I have... Before... Before my parents died... They made me promise to protect her... She was only a few months old at the time, so she wouldn't remember, and I was only five. We ended up on Neudaiz, and were raised in an orphanage. Lived there for a few years. Not too bad. But then... When she was 3... She fell ill... The orphanage couldn't afford treatment, so the told me to go to the communion, see if they could help. They did... They said, though... That the disease required constant treatment, so she would have to live here... She went into training as an apprentice... I didn't have the mental strength, so I took up work as a guardsman trainee... That went on for years before I found out... They were mining her body for abnormal photons it contained... Then, that night... I took her away... We ran... And we kept running... We managed to sneek aboard a ship to the guardians' colony... They found us... But they weren't mad... They took us in... Then I found out something that made me hate the communion even more... Her disease... It was curable... Because of it, she ended up weakened for life... The guardians cured it... But the damage was done... She would never be as strong as she could be... That's about all there is to tell..."
He then picked her up, and then stared at Caine, anger returned to his eyes. "I didn't want to hurt the maiden," he said, "That was just to make sure you didn't try to stop me. I don't trust anyone. And the explosion... That was destroying the machine they used to drain her energy. And don't worry, I'm just a regular newman. A bit above average maybe, but I'm no demon, if that's what you're worried about." Pushing past Caine, Seth added, "So, now you know why I hate the communion, why they want me dead, and why I acted as I do. Now, I will leave you with a bit of advice: If what I've done today is any indication, if you harm my sister, I will kill you. No hesitation, you will die." Having finished, he walked back down the hallway, pulled out a double saber replica, and proceeded to kill any guard or synth that came into his blade's reach.

Surge kept the ship going, heading to no-where untill an idea sparking in his head.

Surge: "I have the perfect place to stay. An old friend of mine has a house not for from here. She rarely uses it now-a-days, always off traviling. I trust that you will be satisfactory Maiden. This friend is very trusted to me."

Seth ran back to his ship, Cecina over his shoulder. Inside, he went into the back and set her down on the bed. Then, he proceeded to pilot his ship towards Clad 6.

[SPOILER-BOX]It was a large, crcular building, more or less looking like a dome. The curved walls were vained by blue and pink strips, colors fading in and out of each-other, turning at right angles to look like a curcet board.

There was not much to look at. 12 pilars held up the dome, the floor, a shiny glass to smooth stone underneith. The glass was also vained, the same as outside. The vains angled there way to a large crcular pedistal, sitting in the center of the room. Floating silently over it, a huge, sphere, made up of countless "screens" each watching a different worlds story unfold.[/SPOILER-BOX]


Neona was back sitting on the floor, in the 'Window room" watching lives and stories of others, when one cought her eye. As she looked closer, it had a red border. She gustured and it came to her, and she watch for a bit to try and figure why it had that border. She sifted throuhgt the people and their stories till she found the red one. To her surprize, it was that dimensions Seth. He seemed to be in great pain, as he tended to his sister.

She could not just sit by and let her good friend go through that, maybe she could help him, or maybe his sister.

With that, Neona stode up, opened a Dimension Gate under her and fell out, to the world of Noan and to Seths aid.

Hearing Neona step out of the portal, Seth quickly drew his twin handguns and turned around, when he saw her, though, his expression turned to shock, and he fell to the ground, clutching his head due to a sudden headache.

OOC: So, I'm assuming i'm in your ship.

The Ship had yet to leave the atmosphere, and with Seth cluching his head, the ship started to list to one side, slow and begin to fall. Neona don't have much time, she raised her voice to the ships computers.

"Dimension Code: Overide!, Engage Autopilot to set destanation!"

The ships engeins roared to life and the stableizers slowed the ship to a hovering state, then thrusted it back towards Clad 6.

Neona sighed in relif, the problem averted, then tended to Seth.

Neona: "Seth... Seth can you hear me? Are you ok?"

Standing up, Seth replied, "Yeah. Just another genetic memory coming back. Dang those hurt. Anyway, I now roughly know who you are, and that you most likely won't get in my way, so I won't have to fight you, and you probably won't betray me. That's good, I've already betrayed 4 people at once today. Anyway, what are you doing here?"

"Ah, I have heard of those. Genetic memories follow the same person, through out the dimensions. But thats something to explain latter." She said, but then looked a little worried. " I came because you seemed to be in pain. Psyiclly and emotionally. Whats wrong Seth? And what do you mean by don't have to fight me, or betray me?"

"Well, your definition is nearly right. More of key memeories getting passed down through the family line, rarely, there will be someone who can actually use them. That'd be me. Course, the memories require something to trigger them. But the reason I know and trust you, is you've met a few of my ancestors," Seth explained. "And the problem... It's kind of a long story..."

Caine ran back to Alex and the Maiden. He sat down next to the two and sighed. "It's official. The guy's insane. Apparently his history here is pretty bad, but if you ask me, nothing is worth destroying about a billion Meseta's worth of government property for. He got his sister... Isn't that enough?" Caine sighed. "And I was just starting to like the kid, too. So what now? Do we continue as planned? We're already on the job, so I guess there's no quitting." Caine bowed to the Maiden. "Sorry for all of this. I should have been ready to take him out on the spot anyways. Hope you can forgive us."

OOC: Chaos at its finest. Doc, the party is with Surge, flying off to a new location. I am assuming that your post there also happend before we left, right? ... lets say yes to that, and that you are still with us.

The group continued on, flying on to the far reaches of Neudaiz . Surge kept an eye on his scanners, looking for the location. The others where looking out the side windows at the landscape wizzing by. Lakes and oceans, forested hills, and grassy planes....

Caine sighed as he watched the scenery. He looked at Alex, then the Maiden, and then Surge. He looked at himself and thought about Seth and the wreckage he left behind. "Only a few hours and this is already the worst job I've ever taken. Maybe I'm getting rusty... Or perhaps there's just a lot, lot more to this than I previously expected. But at the very least, I'm not messing up again. This is the biggest job I've ever taken, and I don't plan on letting anybody get hurt."
