How you do gallons shop in ep2 to use lucky coins in roulette ? i cant find the room?

when you start the quest there is a room on the left nearby with some women behind a counter. speak to her and she will warp you to Gallons Shop. there are 4 machines in the room you are taken to and, if i rememebr correctly, the roulette is the one on the left at the back of the room
