The lower, lower area just refers to the boss arena.

The boss if Olga Flow. 1st form is pretty easy. 2nd form isn't too tough, as long as you keep your distance from it.

hmmm from what i've seen and i know alot about flow first from, no likie foie. 2nd form well you should stick to the handgun you brought with you and what ever you do, don't get directly under him or his mags (werid two things that fly around) or he'll use his evil one hit attack (i know it isn't one hit just "Mad Damage")and get behide rubble when it appears for some cover
