Cancelled Guardians License, still getting charged.

Okay, so I payed for a month of premium a while ago. After about 20 days, I cancelled (Using \this page https://ipas.isao.net/signup_psu/psu/cancel.htm ) to make sure I wouldn't get charged for the next month. Well, unfortunately, I noticed I'm continuing to see charges appear, 2 months later.

Should I just send in a support request? If so, what should I say in it? I have decent grasp on the japanese language, if that helps.

When was your first Sub payment? and when did you cancel?

Yes, this is my first time buying from them, save for the Game Key.

My Game Key Purchase was on 8/04, followed by charges for the first month of play, as expected, and then I had charges appear for payments, on 9/03, and then again at 10/04, even though I cancelled on 9/01, if I remember correctly.

Is no one going to help me?
