Checking topics you've posted on?

Is there any way (other than going to your profile and clicking "search for posts by username" or whatever it is) to check updated threads that you've posted in? The forums I'm accustomed to (http://forums.graal2001.com/forums/) have a "User Control Panel" .. where it shows threads you've "subscribed" to (automatically subscribes to it if you post in it) that have recently been updated. At this site, I have no easy way of checking up on threads I've been in .. and I find it highly aggravating. Did I miss something? Even an e-mail telling me about an update would be okay .. (might get a bit cluttered in my inbox, but it's a start).

While reading the thread you should see a little script link in the upper right corner that says "Add to Favorites" If you click it the topic will be added to your favorites list making it easier to find them later.

*sigh*. I used the favourites thing for a while, but its bothersome to have to mark every thread I want to keep track of in it. Oh well. I'll have to do best with what's available.
