wow somehow i disabled my private chat menu in jp psu

i don't know what happened but now when i press F12 it will come up as a quick message in japanese...its probably very simple to change it back but i have no idea how to do it. thank you for whoever tells me.

you changed the settings controller-keyboard, if you change back you can get private chat^^
