JP PC/PS2 - Content update for October 14

Seasonal lobbies
* Halloween lobbies will be up across Gurhal from October 14 through November 11.

Mission updates
* Security Dept. Drop-off will be updated to accept new items (likely whatever new food Rappy Latans drop) and will also have new items available (higher DP collection rewards, I'd imagine).
* Special Exchange 2nd will be updated with new items available for trade.

System updates
* New title(s) will be added. (Likely just one for encountering a Rappy Latan.)

New items
* New items will be added, including Twin Impact Claws (twin claws) and Puyo Puyo Fever Gun (machinegun).
* Halloween Night (remodeling ticket) will be available for the duration of the Halloween lobbies at the Variety Shop.
* Casino rotation.
