when u talk to the dude, hit the first option. It will bring u to the mission counter.
The first option is last years Thanks Festa Event mission Epsilon

Second option brings you to the Stage 1 GAM missions
They appear in this order:
Plains Overlord/R
Demons Above/R
Desert Terror/R

Third option gives your 3 missions but u must be Stage 2 (must have 500+ AMP)
They appear in this order:
Sacred Stream/R
Holy Grounds/R
Unsafe Passage/R

Fourth option gives u two mission but must be Stage 3 (have 1000+ AMP)
They appear in this order:
World of Illusion/R
Bladed Legacy/R
