I can confirm that it drops at motherbrain route in the current event in Protectors Eta on S3 difficaulty. Idk if there are other routes and difficaulties where it drops. Got mine there.

do u really got r quale from event atm? i only got l quales like hell, like 10-12 now and no r quales for the trade in and about 300k for one r quale each...naaah

and which drop do u wanna get? the decoration (呪いのパンプキン writing is poroi no panpukin) or the material ( パンプキン・プリン writing is panpukin purin) or maybe the madog (ラッピーラタン・マドグ writing is rappi ratan madogu) ? all these can drop from the rappy latan atm, all special drops so from lv1 to 175+ whereever u can find normal rappy

for L-Quale u need to go to fire side then misty ruins path (first T junction <-, 2nd one is ->). R-Quale is green path ecco protection path (first T junction ->, 2nd one is <-)

both drops are in the path condition group so you can do any boss for this drops since it's not a boss bound drop.
