go to the 3rd floor and talk to the guy who has the GAM mission. Select the third option. This will bring u up to a mission counter. Select it and I think it's the 2nd option which will bring u to three more options. Select the third one. Now it will show the NPC's face. Select the first option and it will bring u a list of thing. Select the third one and Okikidogh should be on there.

no thats not it , are you sure thats the order cause nothing is happening, it should just exchange if thats the right weapon i want. thanks

ok when u first see the mission counter these will pop up
first option has "AMP" in it
2nd one is bruces exchange
u want to hit the 3rd option

then u want to hit the first option
