i know they drop at the end of the boxes in Iota S3, maybe S2.

Just complete the first scene, fail scene 2 and it'll transfer ya to an extra scene. Finish that one and u get like 2 or 3 boxes. and 13 AMP!

it drops at some GAM missions and mostly S2 or S3 event, it drops at eternal cycle and 3 missions S§

You can try out Iota from C to S3 but you need to finish b4 and fail b5 or finish b4 with someone getting kill in that block. But since of the problem with the time you can't solo for it. Only by getting to that block; since the middle row of boxes can drop it.
