Help finding the billing page

I recently have joined the Japanese server, but right now I am stuck in the free course. I would like to set up monthly payment for the premium course but I cannot seem to find the page to do that. None of the links on the page I get after logging in go to a page that looks like the screenshot on psupedia. Any help would really be appreciated.

I used that link and logged in and it's giving me the same options as before. I have already purchased a game key. The second option is what psupedia says to click but that seems to go to a game key registration and when I put in the key I was mailed when I purchased it, it gives me an error that the game key is incorrect. I have double-checked to make sure it is the correct key.

I still have not figured this out yet. After logging in at this link it takes me back to the same options that were there when I log in from the main site. These are the options they give me.

None of those options seem to give me a choice to set up billing. I did go into the bottom option and had it save my credit card information, but still no option to set up billing.

The first option in pic2 is what I clicked on to buy my key. It lets me log onto the server to play just fine but I am stuck with the free course limits right now. Strangely, I just tried to open illuminus offline story for the first time and it gave me an error 64.

u most likely bought a game key for V1 of PSU (and the offline mode). U have to buy a game key for AotI (i did the same thing :/ )

>.< well that was what happened. I feel dumb now lol. Thanks to everybody for your help. And since I'm stuck with a version 1 key now too is that one still available for download?
