i need to know where and exactly which options to pick when transforming the Gekka. JP PSU thanks

So you need to go the 3rd floor and talk to the guy in red shirt at the counter:

- choose the 3rd option (exchange item)

- wait for the mission counter to load up

- select the 3rd option (特殊交換所)

- and then the first option (RSD Special Exchange)

- then scroll through the pages till you get to Gekkavijin (ゲッカビジン). It's one of the latest option from that particular mission, so I think it's almost somewhere towards the two pages.
