Hi there, don't mean to be a noob or anything but the following question is something I've always wanted to know. I know that if you use a fire weapon against an ice enemy it damages them more than anything else but what is it when it comes to armour? Is it fire that protects more against fire or ice that protects more against fire? :-? Once again, sorry if I'm being a noob but you can only be a noob once and I need to learn.

Fire line shield (psu way of saying armour) will lower the damage to you on fire attack. Ice to ice and so forth.

In simple terms, the higher the actual element % of the line shield, the less the damage. The exact damage will need to go through series of calculation of stats of both your char, type and enemy.
