Lame question :x /Options menu outside client

I'd like to change my keyboard layout for ingame, the thing being: Switching to Handgun. i want to switch it form the UP arrow to the RIGHT arrow.

My reason for asking for help is this:

All i need is a picture or guide of some sort to let me know which option is the one im looking for.

if its not to much trouble could you post the Graphics settings too? just the English one is all i could use :D

i'd like to try customizing but its slightly more difficult now that i don't know which option is which.
