Okay! I doubt this is going to work but I thought I'd give it a shot. I want to, in essence, raffle off my spread needle/g 10/10 on the roulette wheel in the casino.
-There are 37 numbers and I would be "selling" a number for 40 mil.
-You can purchase multiple numbers.
-I would have to sell 25 numbers in order to proceed with this - that way I get 1 bil for the weapon.
-I would require the money up front, and I'm sure that's going to be my downfall, but that's the way it is.
-Once I have AT LEAST 25 people registered, I would wait a few more days to see if anyone else signed up, I can collect the money and we would then go to the casino and whatever number it lands on wins the SN/g for only 40 mil!!
-If all numbers are not sold and it lands on a space that no one has picked we would just continue spinning until it lands on a number that's been purchased!
