This happens all of the time. It's one reason I mostly played my male characters in the JP AOTI servers--to stay away from stupid hentais. I thought my male characters were sexy though. ^^;

Whoa, I don't think anyone ever said that all PSU players are mature about these kinds of things. Trust me, I get dirty Simple Mails all the time. They range from innocent things such as "will you be my gf", to much, much dirtier things, which I cannot say on the public forum here.

Also, a lot of people have a tendency to walk up and stare at my character (I can tell, because they do the telltale "walk in place" shimmy), especially when she's in her bikini top or Voloyal Set, and say something along the lines of "nice rack", etc.

It gets tiresome. But, I deal with it because it's pretty funny most times.

I made my current two female characters (and the male one, too) taking in mind what I find attractive on real people. That's the reason my beast girl is green-eyed, brown-haired, "well-endowed" and a bit short pale girl. It doesn't mean I fap on her at all but of course I would prefer 10000 times to play her than a Voloyal-dressed blue eyed blonde bitch, a tall black woman or a big-boobed loli (ew), no matter how "sexy" they're supposed to be (I'm sorry if I offend someone but that's personal taste here, I respect your choice, so respect mine).

Same with the male, I'm straight, but everybody knows what's good-looking or crap-tacular even in your own gender. I wouldn't say that my char is what I aspire to phisically be (I don't fit into cherry-pink long coats, lol) but I prefer to play with my tanned brown-haired newman than with a Hulk Hogan-like beast, too.

Your not the only one ;) Although what you have with Caseals i have with Newearls and since PSU Beast Girls as well. Heck i like to run Ce'Nedra arround in a bikini and my beast Miasia often only used Voloyal.

You should of seen me on PSO on the private servers, people acctaully tried to either hide they're Newearls ( i always took pictures of them, got quite the collection) and some just made newearls as busty as hell just to see how i would react to it.

I'll admit it - I think girls with huge boobs are hot (unless they're those poorly done implants). I look at porn and/or hentai all the time. I even made a busty Acrotecher chick on PSU with humorous macros like, "You need good support," and "I became a techer so I could cure the back pain." :D

So what? Sex, just like food, water, and air, is a biological need for any practically any living species to survive. And people have their different preferences in looking for a "mate" in the same way they like and dislike other things. Call it lewd and perverted if you must, but I'm perfectly comfortable with it. :confused:

But as far as games go, sometimes I catch myself staring at a lot of sexy female character models, but I never associate them with the actual person controlling them. Sure, there are people who say stuff like, "I tried to make my character look like me," but that's not entirely accurate, especially if it consists of an in-game alien race or something. I don't join parties based on a character's appearance alone (unless maybe they have some good gear showing that I can recognize); I join up with people who are friendly, trustworthy, and know how to effectively play the game without having an elitist attitude about things and are willing to help out less experienced players. If along the way, such a person happens to be an attractive single girl with a nice rack irl, well... I'd try to get to know her better. ;)

I like the direction this thread has taken. We're getting at some sociological issues that have kind of hung around this country since the 1950's.
For interest of people outside the U.S.: The U.S. up until the late 1950's had a very tight, restricted view on things. A kind of moral self-policing was in effect in Hollywood & network T.V. As well as radio shows. One can see what I am talking about in shows such as Leave it to Beaver & My Three Sons. As well as in movies like Reefer Madness, and hateful garbage such as Birth of a Nation (1915). The moralizing, 'we are right, they are wrong' motif spreads from newspapers clippings, T.V., and the movies in such a way that it reinforces segregration & that moral high mindedness of the majority: the white people. Such propaganda obviously took the U.S. into a Civil War just a few decades before Birth of a Nation.

Today, so many things are being challenged. I like to think we are in a new Enlightenment. Although it is 'troublesome' to a lot of people with closed minds, accepting things for the way they are is just equal to giving up. And when people give up, they are more easy to take advantage of.

(On a side note, this challenge to traditional thinking has been decades in progress in the U.S. A large dose of it is needed in Islamic countries to bring their way of thinking into the 20th Century. And I do mean, 20th and not 21st Century. The shock of getting them to ditch some of the more ingrained rules of Sharia would be too much for them to handle. Countries like Iraq & Afghanistan are working on it though. And it could be that Iraq & Afghanistan end up better democracies than Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, and U.A.E. in the next 10 years are so. I am praying and crossing my fingers.)

Since the beginning of time, men and women have played certain roles in society. Society has been controlled by men pretty much 99% of the time (if not 100%) at the administrative/government level. And governments do have a keen interest in keeping people happy. The Romans staged games to the death in their Coliseum while the poor were starving to death. And in more modern times, the Nazis were brainwashing a nation of tens of millions of people to wage brutal and destructive war on their European countrymen. Such is the aim of some governments to maintain control.

So, I would rather have people to be interested in sex rather than in more hateful things. Woman, no matter what some may say, have a rather strong sex drive. Men of course, have throughout history used their vast resources to woo women that are either out of their legal or outside of their social status. A few hours into the Old Testament, it is clear that an entire empire was destroyed by the lusting of one ruler (David). While movies from Hollywood recall the stories that did not make it in but are in other history books. Stories of rulers sacrificing their kingdom in pursuit of women from other countries, or women married to those senators or politicians that are closest to the ruler!

Yes, sex does sell. It is a human need, a visual thing that is satisfying without any physical contact necessary. You can't feed someone by holding food to their eyes. You cannot give them shelter by showing them a picture of a house. And you cannot make them unthirsty by showing them a picture of a glass of water. But you can sure make a man/woman horny by showing them a picture of a sexy person! Oh what a wonder the human mind is.

When you see a scantily dressed female character, with over the top features like tripple D cup breast... you know its either an idiotic guy craving attention (irregardless of age mind you) or at least some petty girl on a vindictive trip trying to prove that most guys become idiots by the sight of "boobs". (which isnt much of an achievement really).

Surprisingly I have seen more and more girls actually playing as male characters just to get away from the silliness of other male players that either try to impress them with unwanted advice, showing of their gear, or becoming "white knights" for them. All in the effort to cyberlly "score" a girlfriend... -sigh-. And when said girl gets tired of their "attempts" and tell them to be left alone... then come along the insults and accusations: "you tease!", "you must be a g** guy" "a fatty" etc etc etc.

Sometimes the gaming scene is worse than the bar scene.

So I would have to say that I don't find any character to have any sex appeal when its combined with immature behavior... if anything... its a complete turn off.

In my other post I mostly just talked about myself, but to answer the question of the topic I dont really care if a char is hot or not I party with anyone it doesnt matter to me. However when it comes to event missions and sych I try to stick with a part that knows what they are doing insted of some noobs who are dying and ruining the games.

When it comes to "hottness" I only care about my own character and nothing else. Like I said I made my char resemble my taste in girls from real life experiences is all.

Infact my alt character is based on my first girl in high school haha. My main is just based on what I like in my girls like in general.

As for the guys asking for pics of my character i'll see what I can do if you guys REALLY want to see. However I figured most who come here actually play the 360 game seeing as the PC servers are no more =P

Eh, I have to be honest, it's sort of a two way street to me. Yeah, I like my female characters to be attractive. Heck, I'm a guy, that's only natural, right? But whenever games take that WAY over the top, I dunno... It just feels superbly out of place. It makes the whole gaming experience feel really awkward. I made my female characters because i find the male selection of clothes all ugly and I don't wanna play as a male fleshy because i find them ugly.

I enjoy my character's looks and yes 3/4 of them are large women because i like that and its also the only game i can make a big girl and still make them look good and make them look cute with some nice clothes =^.^=

I do sometimes wear things like voloyal sets and bikinis and such, other times i feel silly and unoriginal and I decide to go to chance into something less revealing and which i usually find more attractive anyways.

When I made Nassandra, I wasn't really even trying to make a "good looking" girl. As she was my first female PSU character, I didn't know a whole lot about the features and proportion bars for females, nor what they did. The only thing that I did on purpose was the short, blue hair, as I had a "crush" on Sailor Mercury (http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100726180824/sailormoon/images/3/3e/Sailormercury001.jpg) when I was younger, so I just went off that.

But, apparently, I made her extremely "good looking" without even first realizing it. Attractive face, massive breasts (I still swear I didn't do that on purpose, but my friends don't believe me :-?), perfect tan, etc. I have an army of creepers from the 4th floor (accumulated over the past couple of years) that can prove that :nono:. Hell, a few of my female friends on PSU have gotten a little annoyed by the fact that I made a better looking character than they did (which is something I don't always agree with).

I'm not creepy enough to be "attracted" to her, as I do realize she's a virtual, fictitious character, but I do take pride in how she looks, how I dress her, and how others perceive her. I think of my characters like interactive Barbie dolls...who kill monsters with crazy weapons.

There is a new MMORPG (being advertised all over the place) called Perfect World. Perhaps SEGA should sell their soul to the Devil & put a whole bunch of super sexy females and males into the next PSO console game? It couldn't hurt. I say whatever is needed to capture market share and/or stay in business, go for it.

The ancient Greeks had been making naked statutes of men (and a few women...nah only a very few if I remember) for a very long time. I highly think it had less to do with the art vs. the sexual tendencies of those buying.

I'm in college for this type of thing, and I'm considered an "Artsy geek", so... Not really. You could do the future of gaming a favor by spreading the message. I haven't deleted a character because her breasts were to small I swear. The funny thing is I don't really like the biggest breasts some are just to big and fake. I have 2 female characters a Beast and a Cast. I just hate how male beasts look and I wanted 2 Casts.

I know you asked for a screenshot of my girl but you can't take screenshots on 360 and the only way to do so is with my phone cam however the pics look ugly cuz black bars appear on them (I dont use an lcd tv but an old SDTV) so those pics will not do my girl any justice. She's meant to be seen on a TV!
