Calling all 360 players! PSUPedia needs your help!

Attention all 360 players! The PSUPedia needs your help updating articles to reflect information as it makes its way over from the JP version of the game!

Long story short... none of the staff play on the 360 servers, so we have no direct access to the EN version of the game. And since the PC/PS2 servers shut down, we can't rely on screenshot and finds threads to extract information.

What we're looking for is accurate and exact English item and mission names and descriptions. Sure, it sounds like a trivial thing, but we've been maintaining this accuracy for years, and there's no reason to stop now. So, if anyone can offer a hand with updating any of the articles listed below, please feel free to do so! Or, if you don't know how to edit the wiki (or just don't feel like doing it yourself), post any information you can here, and I'll take care of it myself. If the current name and description of an item matched the English version of the game, post that here, too, and I'll remove the item from the list.
