im going to buy psu and the membership once again (Had to get rid of it, Struggling with money) and now i can get it back! Can someone reassure that my chracter is still there and look for my shop?

Yep. I just came back after 4 months and my characters were still there. Plus your shop wouldn't show up since the shop list gets cleared each update until the owner logs on iirc.

I been playing since launch and I can asure you that ever since I been playing no ones account has been deleted for having it canceled.

I have people on my list who have canceled over a year ago yet I can still go to their rooms lol.

The only reason sega will ever delete an account is if they need room for a new one, but this game will never get that popular.
