I haven't had internet for like a week, and I swear I almost died.

Nah, not really. I used my phone as a router...
Anyway, even though I used my phone, it was obviously slower than my home connection.

I've had the internet/cable service for 12 years now, and they shut my shit of for $75.

Never been late on a payment before, and it's always been paid full every month, and when I call and say it'll be paid a week late, they shut it off on me.

They seem to help me out quite a bit anyway..
