If you go into the PSU Demo and do a mission it deletes the Universe your on.
The demo is a filthy game with a sick, perverted online community and I'm glad he's trying to bring it down.

The demo is still up? I honestly thought they would've shut it down or at least updated it so the game is at least a representation of what the game is NOW and not in 2006.

He didnt hack it, this was a server glitch affecting all users online. thats why people were spamming "dont run missions." it only blocks the universe for people that do it. So he basically locked himself out with a glitch and claimed he was hacking.

I'm actually really pissed that it got hacked. I really don't care that all those people sell porn and stuff. And spamming is kind of part of it, people always want to sell stuff. I got bored and found my brother had deleted the demo again so I re-downloaded it and saw loads of people saying dont do missions. I agree in some respect that yes people should stop selling porn and yes people should stop scamming but I have three simple solutions.
1. (For the spammers and porn sellers) Just ignore it.
2. (For the scammers) Don't be stupid and dont accept stuff that are obviously scams.
3. (If all else fails) Stop playing.

Quite a concept you have there! It might be crazy enough to work.

Though, the more I've been thinking about it, the more I think k/bit (bloodflowers) is right: The demo is a horrible scar on PSU's face, and is pretty detrimental to the players of the full game, what with eating up the full game's bandwidth. He also mentioned that the demo isn't even close to an accurate depiction of the full game anymore, which is correct.

The one time I went onto the demo I felt like I was being virtually molested. It felt skeezy and seedy. And there's really NO reason to play on the demo unless you just feel like acting like a dumbarse who knows he'll get banned on the real game for doing what they're doing. Honestly, I never went back. Restricted to crappy weapons and to like, level 40? I dunno. PSU demo isn't worth playing. I don't understand people defending the demo? What part of the demo is fun/not seedy/worth playing? Most demonoobs actually got the real game.

As AIDA mentioned on Official, and as you can clearly see while watching the "Patch" video, the guy's a fake. The second clip shows him running around on the REAL game after he supposedly uses his patch. All those comments saying it works are either HIS friends or sock puppets.
