Well we got pvp in phantasy star portable 2 and believe me its not that fun.
It was interesting the first 5 times but get boring after that.

But ya don't expect any pvp in the form of pk in phantasy star universe.
The closest thing to pvp is the hover board race or the versus trap mission(witch I still don't understand) (Airboard Rally and Explosive Arena)

XBOX server doesnt get any updates the japanese servers haven't. and since we there dont have any pvp mode, i think it's just nothing else than a rumor :P

I believe it's safe to say at this point this rumor is false. There has been no indication or evidence in any way about this coming to PSU.

They mean PvP as in: putting your weapons at each other's throats; physically attacking each other.
