When you beat all the quests they are all open again to do over as much as you like!

Anyways, if you do all quests on normal, can you access all quests on hard then? If you do all quests on normal, can you do them over on normal and get the rare items again???

On hard and V-hard you have to unlock the quests like you first did in normal mode, and then beat them all before you can redo-them. As to the rare items, you can get three Frying pans, one for each difficulty. After you get it you can;t get it in the same difficulty again. I dunno any other "rare" items you get from quests. Hope this helped ;P

Don't forget the fact you can also get 3 Soul Eaters as well.
