Do I have to win the multiplayer mode by playing quest? (I live in sweden where PSO is not yet released because of someone stealing someone's computers i think... That's why I don't know...)

You can't do quests in multiplayer mode.

The only things you can do in multiplayer mode is:

Play as a team and go through all the areas.
Battle Mode
Challenge mode

You don't have to do anything to unlock/get multiplayer mode because it is one of the main options to choose from when you start your character.

Oh, sorry, I formulated the question wrong. I knew about that you couldn't play quest in multiplayer. But I was wondering if you have to unlock the multiplayermode in quest...

Oh ok.

It will ask if you want to play single player or multiplayer before you choose a character to play as.
