Where are you saving the files?

I have all 4 files in the same folder, and when I install it, I am just using the default folder. C:\SEGA

Re-download files and try again

I was really hoping I could avoid redownloading the files since they take a while but if thats what needs to be done than I'll start doing it.

Did you try the bittorrent client option? At first I downloaded manually but I had that problem and the bittorrent way seemed to help.

Well... I re-downloaded everything and tried again... still didn't work. It is probably something wrong with my computer.. it's a sign that I am not suppose to be playing on the jp servers :(

do you mind checking the md5 sum of the files you downloaded?
I can probably give you access to a faster download if the files are corrupt

did you get that error again?
the files I downloaded before are listed below. I used hashcalc to calculate the sum.
I have the files available on my webserver if you need to redownload a bit faster.

Filename - md5 sum
setup.exe - c9719b80d298b18d658ebc00932f82b9
setup-1a.bin - 3bed7ace4f18de9110e492a3ac0153a3
setup-1b.bin - 2a961f3cfaf600579c352babc591925d
setup-2a.bin - ab509052c96881f23637dd8416ce5247

No, that's not the problem.......the pain comes later in the course, but it really depends of your school program (mine was really painful, lol)
