Getting my PS3 controller to work?

For whatever reason the Applocale wouldn't install, so I said forget it. However, I'm wondering how to set up my PS3 controller. I know where to go, however I can't read "??? ???????" or moon speak. The driver installed itself upon plugging it in. I'm sure I'm missing something as well, lol. Thanks in advance. =)

download the file from this link http://dl.qj.net/download/sixaxis-driver-for-pc.html once you run it press the PS button and configure. Or use this video for more info
