My current belief for PSO.

Not to sound rude (at all!) but they're called rares for a reason. Still, there are things that you can do to remedy this.

Have you tried the magical pipe trick yet? Try "Addicting Food" as the offline quest, if you have it unlocked. Tons of the little buggers in there. There is one room that has several lilly spawns - roughly 5-7 lillies per spawn. Perfect place for TP action. The room this happens in is near the end of Caves 2. Pipe until you get one, kill them, and hope for the best. If you don't get one by the end of the quest, just cancel it and then you can try again. ^_^ That is, if you haven't completed it already. Ow.

I always found that piping for lillies was easier on the quest "Waterfall of Tears" since the quest is shorter and one of the final rooms can spawn 9 lillies all at once.

Actually...

DEMOLITION COMET isn't all that rare. Mil Lily have about a 50% drop ratio for it. You're just having a string of bad luck. Keep at it and you'll eventually get one.

It's not ridiculously rare like some of the other rare enemy drops (1975, HEAVEN, etc.)

yeah...i finally pulled one out of a mil lilys ass in that room...which is the room id been trying. i think it was worth it though...
