Well, this question has probably been asked before but the search option on the forums hasn't been working for me. On my HUcaseal I have two General/Battles equipped and lately I've wondered if she is getting the haste effect from both. I experimented by taking one off and attacking but I can't really tell. Does anyone know for sure if wearing two General/Battles gives you 20% total haste?
