My FOnewearl beat De Rol Le at level 15, and it was a (LONG STRING OF EXPLETIVES) http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif I think 13 or 14 could be possible if optional monsters were avoided and you went directly there. Below that, however, I'm unsure if it's possible because of the monsters you're forced to kill.

I took del down at 13 but I did break the skull. The fight took alittle over 45 minutes.

The first time I solod De Rol Le was at 26 and on hard mode at 37. Well I did killed him without breaking the skull, both times (I was hitting all of him for 118 the second time). I got my parasite wear: Vajulla, off of a claw in the ruins in Very hard. I assume Nelgal can be gotten in the same way.
