the final impact may have more atp to start, but with a 140 damage variance and incredibly low accuracy, the DPS of a spread needle will rival and possibly out do it.

you should check some JP videos, more people prefer spread needles than final impacts.

as for offers, the current high offer on the 9/9 is 26GB.
