Actually, it IS an anti-newbie statement. He states that Ran-neko has been here only 3 months, and therefore shouldn't be considered for the title of Nekophile. What does the title of Nekophile imply?

Oh yeah, and if you're looking for credentials that Ran-neko is a Nekophile, look no further than the banner and the fanfic.

All the pictures on the banner were done by various artists. The one on the far right, in particular, is by Ben Dunn, founder of Antarctic Press. All of them are commissions of the same character. There is even more artwork of the character, but the banner is a bit small for showing them all.

You ought to see Ran-neko's hunewearl too - you can't get more nekophile than her.

Snapple has ALWAYS been a cat and he/she (I don't know anymore) has advertised the fact in almost every post.

I'm just confused that everyone has even thought of voting for someone else. Snapple has been around spraying the catness everywhere for long time.

I really have a hard time expressing how I feel on this, on one hand I don't give a shit, but on the other hand it's a shame that someone so deserving is being overlooked, and on that other hand, is that I am making no sense to anyone at all but my self.

I obviously support Ran for Nekophile, but I DO have a good reason aside from Ran being a friend. and I HAVE been here a long time.

Ran introduced me to PSO. Even back then, she made as much of an effort as possible to make her character cat-like.

But aside from that, how much are the others nekophiles OUTSIDE of PSO? Ran has already displayed a number of pieces of artwork of an original catgirl character, acquired and a fairly heft cumulative cost. Ran's Gold Digger collection is STAGGERING.

Just because someone SAYS they're a nekophile isn't enough, no matter HOW much they say it. I think we need to see some corroborating evidence.
