Anyone afraid of being lag switched when doing a high value trade? Here's my list of the best ways to avoid being scammed. (NSP=no-scam percentage)
#1. Don't Trade, you can't get lag switched if you never trade(100% NSP)
#2. Purchase/Trade through shops only, I haven't heard of anyone ever getting scammed through a player shop(99.9% NSP)
#3. This is a new method I tried during my last trade:
(Only applies if trade consists of trader 1 trading items and money for 1 item, Ex. 75 mil and 2 Agito repcas for a 8/8 spread needle)
Have trader 1 trading most items above 99mil(in cash) stand buy others shop robot and offer trader 2 a trade. Trader 2 puts X item in shop and locks room. Trader one asks friend to search item to confirm that item is in shop. Trader 2 runs to other side of room so he can't change price or blist player 1. Trader 2 accepts the trade and
Trader 1 hands over their items and any gold bars necessary. Trader one is then open to purchase the item for whatever price. (98% NSP)
#4. Have both sides use mic, have both players make noises in their mic for 15+ seconds before and during the confirm process, wait and then finalize. (90% NSP)
