Just about anyone who regularly visits the official forums and PSOworld knows what it is. Also, anyone who regularly visits both forums knows that the release date of an event is never known until Edward announces it.

Seriously though, the only time we know is when Sega posts it on their official sites, and when people make threads linking to said information. :confused:
