Mugunburgas or Ank Butis. If you want to go cheap then your best bet is 9* weapons like Daggers, Twin Daggers, Double Sabers, Knuckles, and Twin Claws.

I like to Mass synth Muktrands and Vish's i did Vish's today came out with 42,46,46,46,50% out of 96 synths lol!
