When you go to gas a Gunmaster weapon, and it says boosts damage and mastery, what does mastery do?

the mastery in a nutshell is if ur not a master of any kind u can get ur PA skills to lv50

Rifles Damage＋
This customization increases the attack power of all rifles by 4%

Rifles Element＋
This customization boosts the elemental attribute of your rifles by 3%.

btw if u want u may want to read up on the Customs cause some people may not always give a strait ansure like above^
