Splendor crush

Is there a way to get splendor crush in xbox 360's PSU original? not in AOTI?
I dont think i've seen any offline mode npc's use a skill that you cant get in original version, and I have seen hyuga use it, so is it possible to get it given to me?

However, in Ambition of the Illuminus offline, every single PA is available to buy.

G.R.M.: All bullets.
Yohmei Corp: All TECHNICs.
TENORA WORKS: All skills.

There is not AOTI offline mode for xbox 360 so no you can't get it.
