In the graphic design class I'm taking, we worked on making a logo for a company. Then we took the logo and incorporated it into a letterhead, standard envelope, and business card. I chose to do a logo for my site, Pixel Dissonance. Well, here's what I came up with.
Letterhead (5k) (http://www.pixeldissonance.org/stuff/stationery-lh.gif) | #10 Envelope & Business Card (8k) (http://www.pixeldissonance.org/stuff/stationery-10bc.gif)
Each Spring, the college I go to puts out a literary magazine, Phineas. Students submit poems, essays, fiction, short stories, and art work to be put in the magazine. The editors then choose what submissions are good enough to go in the magazine. Usually, the picture put on the cover comes from the art work submissions. But this year, since I'm one of the editors, I designed a cover to be put into consideration for the cover. I found out today that my design was chosen. If you've been reading Fan Works for a while, you might recognize this.
